The 2007 Silver Oak is unlike any other Silver Oak, the wine delivers dark berry notes, sweet vanila oak and a finish that just sits on the palate. This is one to by a case and hold for the next 15 years. The 2007 was a short vintage and well sell fast. (Posted on 2/3/12)
