100% Prosecco. Bright straw-yellow in color with an elegant and finely textured perlage, Zeta offers layered aromas of orange blossom, lemongrass, peach and tropical fruits. This extremely versatile wine can be served as an aperitif, with traditional desserts like pastries and fruit tarts to antipasti and appetizers, or simply by itself after dinner.

ROBERT PARKER REVIEW: The single-vineyard 2009 Prosecco Zeta is the richest and creamiest of these three sparkling white wines, and also has the highest residual sugar at 20 grams per liter. Round and generous through to the finish, the Zeta lingers on the palate with hints of jasmine and peach. Anticipated maturity: 2010-2011.
