Floral bubble gum nose along with ripe pink grapefruit. Silky, with lush texture and very lively, too, with lemon bursts and some orange flower elements. Racy, toasted smoky fruit with grapefruit skin and some toasted components. On the finish, some brown butter, kumquat and spiced grapefruit.

2010 Domaine Vincent Delaporte Sancerre Chavignol 750ml

The estate is located in Sancerre, in the center of the tiny, famous and very pretty village of Chavignol, 2 hours south of Paris. The Delaporte family has been established in the heart of the Sancerre region since the 17th century. The estate has been handed down from father to son over several generations. Each generation has made advances in the vinification process and added to the renown of our wines.

WINE SPECTATOR REVIEW: Really racy and fresh, showing great cut to the lemon verbena and lemon curd notes, supported by flint, gooseberry and straw notes, which all extend through the finish. Very pure.
