The Crémant Rosé is a sparkling wine produced in Alsace by champenoise method, and made with 100% Pinot Noir. This Crémant is aged 11 months before release and is meant to be consumed while fresh and young. The crémant brut is made with a blend of different Alsatian varieties. The Pinot Blanc gives it softness and a good balance. The Riesling brings bright and fruity flavors. And finally, the Pinot Gris offers richness and roundness to the product. The grapes we use for the production of Crémant are handpicked first, at the start of the harvest, when they offer for vinification their optimum balance harmony. The grapes keep a little acidity which will bring freshness to the wine. You'll appreciate the bright yellow color with its tiny bubbles and the nose will reveal lemon aromas and slightly acid notes.
