This wine will age well for a decade and beyond. We recommend decanting in its youth. Our favorite pairings include beef tenderloin, and herb encrusted rack of lamb.

65% Cabernet Sauvignon, 27% Merlot, 5% Cabernet Franc, 3% Petit Verdot. Profile is a blend of their best lots of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot chosen for their concentration, depth of flavor and fine tannin structure. This wine was fermented with native yeasts, aged in mostly new French oak chateau barrels and was bottled unfined and unfiltered. It is opulently structured and very dark.
