Juicy, ripe golden reflections in the glass; early in the nose a bit closed, over-ripe then a wonderful bouquet of fast, exotic fruits such as lychee, papaya and star fruit, highlighted by a slightly bitter flavor and the typical slate Weighted Average minerality and fine flint attributes, by a perfectly balanced acid is underlined. Incredibly dense and concentrated with a very long and for the "Doctor" so typical, slightly salty aftertaste. Excellent with sushi or sashimi, grilled fish and gedämftem also interesting to spicy chicken dishes. Try it once with a sea bass in salt crust
