The 2007 Talbott Vineyards Pinot Noir exhibits a garnet hue, with youth- full intensity and excellent clarity. With its inviting aromas of fresh, ripe fruit, cherry and plum lead to signature floral notes, and elements of sweet French oak and spicy cinnamon. On the palate, this elegant and silky Pinot displays rich texture and amazing ripe fruit, underscored by mid-palate layers of rose petal, violet, cinnamon and cedar. A lasting finish reveals more luscious fruit layers underscored by lively acidity, which leaves the palate refreshed. We believe this to be the finest Pinot Noir to date from our vineyards.
