The Riesling wines from the bath often fall a bit easier. The balance of fruit flavors, acidity and minerality can thus only arise through the expansion in small stainless steel tank. The scent is reminiscent of citrus fruit and flower meadow, the taste is led by a pleasant sweetness that is complemented by a fine acidity. Overall, a wonderfully balanced wine with balanced sweetness and acidity game that fits very well with light Asian wok dishes.
