2019 Scattered Peaks Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon 750ml
Winery Notes- The Scattered Peaks Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon has intense black and red fruit aromas bolstered by hints of anise. On the palate, opulent and brooding fruit flavors of black cherry and cassis mingle with essence of black licorice and violets as well as dark cocoa notes. Fine and velvety tannins and a touch of vanilla support the long, lingering finish of this classic Napa Valley Cabernet.

JAMES SUCKLING REVIEW: Mulberries, blackberries, plum stones, bay leaves, licorice and lemon zest on the nose. Full-bodied with firm, tea-like tannins. Focused and tight.
ROBERT PARKER REVIEW: You could do a lot worse than this when trying to find a decent Napa Cab for less than $50. Scattered Peaks's 2019 Cabernet Sauvignon, from winemaker Joel Aiken (ex BV) features scents of cherries and cassis, plus hints of sage, cedar and vanilla. In the mouth, this medium to full-bodied Cabernet is a bit firmer and more obviously tannic than most yet with a silky feel and lingering finish.
WINE ENTHUSIAST REVIEW: Within a heavy bottle, this wine is thick and concentrated in plum, currant and generous oak; the tannins are present and firm. Spicy black pepper, clove and a hint of vanilla give it an edgy savory character that helps to balance the fruit.
