Winery Notes- The 2020 Sauvignon Blanc is a stunning wine. The bright and fresh nose is accented by notes of honeydew melon, white peach and lemon curd. Underlying hints of lime zest, vanilla and apple blossom add to the complex aromas. On the palate, there are flavors of fresh nectarines and honeycomb, followed by subtle notes green papaya and lemon verbena. The wine is delicate, yet finishes with refreshing acidity and a long, lingering finish.
VINOUS REVIEW: The 2020 Sauvignon Blanc is a gorgeous, polished wine. The blend includes a touch of Sémillon, which works so well in adding texture. About a third of the Sauvignon is Musque clone, known for adding aromatic lift and perfume. Silky and beautifully textured, the 2020 is absolutely delicious. Hints of lemon peel, white flowers, sage and mint linger.
