Winery Notes- The 2021 AXR Sauvignon Blanc is a beautiful, shiny clear and pale gold with hints of mercury. On the nose, crushed rocks, daffodil and citrus flower with mango, grapefruit, apricot and vanilla. On the palate, fresh entrance evolving on a beautiful minerality with granite rock, lingering on a sweet finish of Meyer lemon tart and forever lasting acidity.
