Winery Notes- The family has plots of vines in the best places in the village: “ Les Hauts Vaudayants, Les Doyennes, Le Poteau, Le Mont des Tours, Les Cercets, Les Chantereines” ; they are the foundations of the Champagnes and Bouzy Rouge produced by the House. The vineyard of Chigny-les-Roses, 1er cru, is mostly planted with Pinots Meuniers, it belongs to the in-laws of Jean-René BRICE. The plots are spread over two localities: "Dessus Le Mont" and "Les Coutures" , they are also ideally located in the heart of this terroir. The Brice family also owns a 2.50 hectare vineyard in Loches-sur-Ource, in the Aube department, at the southern limit of the Champagne appellation. This plot was purchased by Jean-Paul BRICE, father of the current operators, in 1980. It is planted with two hectares of Pinots Noirs and fifty ares of Chardonnay.
