Angevin Hors d'Age Grande Champagne Cognac
Only 900 individually numbered bottles produced in total, making it exceedingly rare; each bottle is accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity Distillery Notes- The blend is comprised of no less than 25 different eaux-de-vie exclusively from the Grande Champagne region of Cognac, universally considered the most highly prized and sought after of all Cognac regions due to its aging potential, expressiveness, and elegance. The eaux-de-vie in this sublime blend are all aged up to one hundred years old. Each bottle bears the official Cognac designation of "Hors d'Age", which literally translates to "Beyond Age"; this is the ultimate, and most coveted, distinction in Cognac demarcation, reserved only for Cognacs of such exceptional and extraordinary quality and maturity that they transcend what is considered to be within the realm of the normal range (i.e. VS, VSOP, XO, etc.) Stunning aromas of butterscotch, cinnamon, clove, cedar and tobacco leaf seamlessly meld into a sumptuously seductive swirl of flavors; orange marmalade, praline, apricot, date, nutmeg, roasted macadamia nut, and bananas flambé all take their titillating turns, yet somehow envelop the senses simultaneously, as they delectably glide into a heavenly, and seemingly endless, finish

Hine Rare VSOP Cognac
Distillery Notes- Blend of around twenty eaux-de-vie from Grande and Petite Champagne grapes. An orchard is bathed in the long rays of a late September sun. It is early evening and the air is still warm, tempered by a gentle breeze. The atmosphere is reminiscent of Van Gogh’s Arles and the soundtrack is the warm voice of Cesária Évora. Aromas of roasted nectarines, ripe apricots and succulent melon inspire the lingering first sip, soft as brioche. Suave yet delicate, Rare is a classic expression of the House of Hine and a benchmark for our entire collection of cognacs. It reinterprets the fruity flavours characteristic of the white wines produced from Charente vines, particularly from the Grande and Petite Champagne varieties.Rating(s)$55.902 -
H by Hine Cognac
Distillery Notes- H by Hine is whimsical. If it were a young man, it would have the keen eye of Dick Diver in Fitzgerald’s Tender is the Night. Adventurous, lively and elegant, it is the ideal sidekick for daring cocktails and a flamboyant soloist when served neat with a dash of cold tonic. Expressive yet discreet, its notes of iris, fresh apricot, acacia and white pepper chime with its sprightly and joyful demeanour. Feels like Coachella in a bottle. H by Hine is a young cognac with a taste for adventure and originality. Serve frozen in a shot glass with sashimi. Or simply over ice with tonic, cider or ginger ale, garnished with a twist of lime, cucumber or rosemary. Add as a surprising twist to a punch when too many friends show up with very little time, or simply drizzle over a fresh peach salad.$38.9010 -
