2018 Trapiche Medalla Malbec Mendoza
Winery Notes- Intense purple with violet tones. Concentrated aromas of red berries, plums, cherries and raisins, highlighted by notes of toast, coconut and vanilla from aging in new French oak barrels. In the mouth the wine reveals its best attributes with a sweet entry, soft and intense tannins that give creaminess, volume and meatiness. The flavors of ripe fruit stand perfectly amalgamated with spicy and smoky wood, leaving a pleasant and persistent finish.$19.90Out of StockOut of Stock -
LALO Blanco Tequila
Distillery Notes- Each bottle of LALO is 100% pure. We distill only twice to maintain the integrity of our agave, and add no flavors or additives. With LALO, our ingredients are only agave, yeast and water to honor the complex essence of agave. LALO Tequila derives its name from Eduardo "Lalo" Gonzalez, the father of its founder. Don Julio Gonzalez, Lalo's grandfather, affectionately bestowed this nickname upon him. Initially crafted as a private label to be shared solely among friends and family, LALO now represents a legacy of exceptional tequila production that has spanned several decades. The tequila is made using only fully matured highland agave, which is steamed slowly and rested for several days prior to fermentation. During fermentation, only agave, champagne yeast, and water are added, and a meticulous distillation process follows. LALO is exclusively sold as a blanco, which is intended to capture the true essence of the agave plant and present it in the manner its master intended. However, the brand is not reserved solely for special occasions; instead, it is designed to elevate any moment. The tequila boasts a crisp and clean agave-forward aroma, a velvety and decadent mouthfeel, and flavors of cinnamon, roasted agave, sweet potato, citrus fruit, culminating in a long, smooth finish.$44.9010 -
Yuu Baal Pechuga Artisanal Mezcal
Distillery Notes- The aroma is full of citrus, herbs, fruits, and spices, where at first you can perceive notes of orange, anise, pineapple and mango. It possesses a strong, yet velvety character with an explosion of flavors on the palate. A turkey carcass is hung in the still during the last distillation. Pechuga is a mezcal reserved for the grandest of occasions such as baptisms and weddings.$54.90Out of StockOut of Stock -
Frank August Small Batch Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey
Distillery Notes- APPEARANCE: A rich auburn with full legs that beautifully coats the glass. NOSE: Frank August’s Small Batch Kentucky Straight Bourbon opens with hints of caramel and vanilla that are balanced with warm oak and mild baking spices which warm the senses. PALATE: Echoes those initial sweet caramel and vanilla notes on the front of your tongue, with cinnamon and rye bread spices coming forward, as it gradually transitions to the back of your tongue. At 100 proof, it is a perfect balance of heat and smoothness that warms your mouth, while hints of brown and malt sugars begin to present themselves. 2020 Fundamental (Tensley) Central Coast Cabernet Sauvignon
Winery Notes- This wine is sourced equally from Paso Robles and Santa Barbara County, bringing the best each region has to offer to the bottle. The climate and clay soils of Paso Robles bring amazing power, color, earth notes, black currants, bacon and dry, rich tannins to the table, while the Santa Barbara County fruit, having grown in a cooler climate with sandier soils, keeps the wine fresh and balanced, with pretty notes of plum and cherry. While the quality of this wine could hold its own in any price category, it’s sure to rival any Cabernet at this price point.$16.9014
