2023 Emmolo North Coast Sauvignon Blanc
Winery Notes- Guided by the idea that “less is more,” this wine is dry and fresh, with crisp fruit flavors and bright minerality. Some of our grapes come from family vineyards in Napa Valley, with the majority coming from Suisun Valley, a “hidden gem” wine region only 30 minutes from Napa. Suisun shares a similar maritime climate and produces exceptional fruit. Our farming practices enable us to create a wine that is not overly ripe – while also not herbaceous – featuring low alcohol and bright acidity.$14.9024 -
2023 Schug Carneros Pinot Noir (375ml Half Bottle)
Winery Notes- This classic Carneros region Pinot Noir offers a wide range of flavors and aromas thanks to its “clonal diversity.” The individual clones from several different vineyard lots are vinified separately and then carefully selected and blended, each retaining its unique clonal signature. The result is a complex wine with a rich bouquet of red cherries, raspberries, blackberries, and hints of floral notes and baking spices. It is bursting with juicy flavors of strawberry and cranberry, wrapped in a silky and elegant texture, and ending with a long, flavorful finish. This wine pairs nicely with lamb, duck, and grilled fish and will improve with additional cellaring for 2 to 5 years.$19.909 -

Silex is a coveted soil type, found in only 15% of the vineyards in Sancerre, that produces wines with amazing minerality, acidity and precision with trademark smoky notes. 2023 Domaine Daulny Sancerre (375ml Half Bottle)
Etienne Daulny owns 15 hectares of vines that are divided into about 50 different plots within the Sancerre wine region. Daulny combines diverse plots from varying types of soil, including clay and flint, Portlandian and Kimmeridgian, into his regular cuvée of Sancerre. But Daulny's cuvée normale is far from normal. After all, grapes from some of the appellation’s most revered vineyards make their way into this cuvée, including old vine plantings at Les Monts Damnés, Les Bois Butteux, and La Perriere. Clos de Chaudenay (the hot spot) is a single vineyard cuvée from a gentle slope just above Verdigny. These southwest facing vines average 40 years of age. Etienne Daulny makes the style of Sancerre I can’t get enough of; clean, juicy and racy. Melon, grapefruit and gooseberry with aromas of green pea and spearmint. The vibrant nature of this wine makes it one of the most versatile on the planet. Great with all types or Seafood, soft cheeses and chicken dishes!! -Eric Entrikin-Master Sommelier$14.906
