Winery Notes- An exciting, yet friendly wine, bursting with aromas of fresh, muddled strawberry, bright cherry and pomegranate with hints of forest floor, toasted caramel and five-spice. 2022 Schug Sonoma Coast Pinot Noir
Winery Notes- This 100% Pinot Noir cuvée reflects the cool and windy microclimate of the Sonoma Coast AVA. The climate and terroir here provide ideal conditions for low yields (equating to more flavor intensity) and longer hangtimes (allowing Pinot Noir grapes to reach maturity while retaining their natural acidity and preserving the bright flavors of red cherries and raspberries). We ensure the elegant expression in this Pinot Noir by aging in large neutral oak casks, stainless steel, and older French oak barrels to keep new oak flavors to a minimum. Lively acidity on the finish makes it an ideal accompaniment to grilled fish and fowl or barbecued meats.$19.9021 -

2021 Domaine De La Denante Bourgogne Pinot Noir
Winery Notes- In 1975 Robert Martin started Domaine de la Denante with two hectares of vineyards. Today there are 12 hectares cultivated with passion, helped by his son Damien who joined him in 2012. Their vineyard extends from Davayé descending the rock of Solutré and Vergisson in the heart of the Maconnais. The Pinot Noir grapes for this specific cuvee comes from the old vines and best parcels with some of the best exposition on the slopes. The Martin family have developed their skill with love and respect for this region to offer you wines of character fine and subtle, appreciated by amateurs and experts. Fermentation in stainless steel for 6 months. A nose of tart cherry and cranberry, roasted red apple, and subtle baking spices that intermingle with light red and purple florals; a palate that is round, driven by cherry, with a bit of a leather and mushroom, you will be hard pressed to find a more pleasant red burgundy for that price!$19.9016 -

Allimant Laugner Cremant d'Alsace
The crémant brut is made with a blend of different Alsatian varieties. The Pinot Blanc gives it softness and a good balance. The Riesling brings bright and fruity flavors. And finally, the Pinot Gris offers richness and roundness to the product. The grapes we use for the production of Crémant are handpicked first, at the start of the harvest, when they offer for vinification their optimum balance harmony. The grapes keep a little acidity which will bring freshness to the wine. You'll appreciate the bright yellow color with its tiny bubbles and the nose will reveal lemon aromas and slightly acid notes. Then ripe fruits will express very well in a rich and elegant palate.$18.9010 -
Allimant Laugner Cremant d'Alsace Rosé
The Crémant Rosé is a sparkling wine produced in Alsace by champenoise method, and made with 100% Pinot Noir. This Crémant is aged 11 months before release and is meant to be consumed while fresh and young. In fact, the grapes are the first to be manually harvested because we want to keep the youthness and coolness through citrus fruits flavors. And when you open it, you will be greeted by fresh aromas of strawberries and wonderful minerality. This one is easy to drink with the light, creamy bubbles and a crisp, flowery tang.$18.9024+
