2018 Paloma Spring Mountain District Cabernet Sauvignon
Winery Notes- The 2018 Paloma Cabernet Sauvignon emerges from the glass with beautiful waves of dark, black fruits, anise, and subtle notes of flint and black pepper. This is a rich, concentrated wine that presents a dense texture while filling the mouth with deep, lush flavors of ripe plum, dark cherry liqueur, and cocoa dust. The wine completes the promise with a silky, smooth, lingering finish. Given the heritage of Paloma Spring Mountain fruit, one should expect this Cabernet to offer many years of total enjoyment. The 2018 Paloma Cabernet Sauvignon is 100% pure Cabernet. It is fermented in French oak—33% new—for 18 months before being bottled in the spring, then bottle-aged for an additional 24 months before release. 245 cases of the 2018 Cabernet Sauvignon were produced.$83.905 -

2018 Camigliano Brunello di Montalcino (Was $55)
Winery Notes- Ruby red wine, tending to a very lively garnet. It has an intense and persistent, ample and ethereal scent. Small ripe red fruits are highlighted together with spicy notes. On the palate the tannins are balanced and soft with an excellent aromatic persistence.$39.905 -
2018 Domaine Eden Santa Cruz Mountains Cabernet Sauvignon
Winery Notes- Our Domaine Eden Cabernet is unique in the California Cabernet world as it is a blend of five distinct vineyards in the middle of our large appellation. Based on the classic Bordeaux blends of Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Merlot, Petit Verdot and Malbec, all the varieties are fermented individually on native yeasts and aged in oak separately until the final blending at fifteen months. Once the lots are blended together, the wine sees an additional seven months of barrel age. Balanced aromas of cassis and loamy earth frame the nose. Fresh, lively flavors of savory herb and blackberry engage the palate. The depth of flavor and length of finish complete the experience. Of course, this is enjoyable now, yet it will continue to be an incredible bottle for the next decade or more. -

Winery Notes- Deeply saturated in color with a rich depth and elegance, exhibiting a substantial backbone and structure, all hallmarks of this incredible 2018 vintage of Private Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon, and will continue to reward after years of carful cellaring. Fresh, ripe berry notes of blackberry, black cherry, crème de cassis and dark plum all combine, offering a plush, juicy, mouthwatering character that is very approachable in its youth. Complex layers of wild bramble berry fruit, wild violets and notes of cocoa powder, dark chocolate, graphite and tobacco spice, from the well-integrated oak, seamlessly are interwoven with the full-bodied ripe tannins, supporting a firm structure with balanced acidity, leading to a long, persistent, textured finish. -

2018 Franciscan Magnificat Napa Valley Bordeaux Blend
Winery Notes- The wine is composed primarily with Napa Valley’s most renowned variety, Cabernet Sauvignon, bringing a mouth-filling palate marked by black currant, blackberry, fig and complex spice notes.
