2021 McPrice Myers Beautiful Earth Paso Robles Red Blend (Was $55)
Winery Notes- Beautiful Earth is our flagship Paso Robles bl end, and it represents the best lots from our favorite Westside vineyards. The components of Syrah, Grenache, and Mourvèdre were fermented in small open-top bins, concrete, and stainless steel tanks with 15% new oak and 10% whole clusters included. The wine spent 20-35 days on the skins with a combination of pump-overs and punch- downs during fermentation. Aged 18 months in a combination of 265-liter, once and twice-filled barriques, and 500-liter neutral French oak puncheons.$39.9012 -

#5 Wine Spectator Value Wines 2024 Winery Notes- The 2021 growing season began with rainy conditions during the winter months that provided excellent groundwater reserves in the vineyards. Budbreak took place towards the end of March, slightly later than 2020. The second half of April brought overall low temperatures that slowed down the vines’ vegetative growth and flowering, which occurred in the last half of May and was approximately 10 days later than last year. The end of spring and the summer months saw hot dry weather that allowed the vines to catch up to a normal pace and begin an optimal ripening phase. Ideal temperature swings between day and night, from mid-August up until harvesting, encouraged the development of an intriguing aromatic profile and ensured mature, perfectly healthy, and well-balanced fruit. The timing of the grape harvest was similar to 2020, picking began the second week of September with Merlot, continued with Syrah and Petit Verdot, and was completed with Sangiovese and Cabernet by mid-October.$17.9012 -

2021 Schramsberg North Coast Brut Rosé Sparkling Wine
Winery Notes- Schramsberg Brut Rosé is fruitful, complex and dry, making it both versatile with food and delicious by itself as an apéritif. The character of the wine is most strongly influenced by bright, flavorful Pinot Noir grown along Californias North coast from southern Mendocino County to northern Marin County. A few small lots of Pinot Noir are fermented in contact with their skins to add depth and subtle color to this vibrant sparkling wine. Chardonnay gives spice, structure and length on the palate. Hand picking, careful handling and gentle pressing produce a wine of delicacy, aromatic purity and depth. Following the fall harvest and fermentation of the base wines, extensive tasting trials are carried out in the spring to create a polished blend reflective of the vintage. The finished blend undergoes a second fermentation in bottle before aging on its yeast lees for about two years, just enough to achieve refined effervescence and toastiness without diminishing its refreshing, vibrant appeal. Enjoy this rich, delicious sparkler on almost any occasion: at your favorite restaurant, a special dinner at home, at a beach picnic or a backyard barbecue. 2021 Hitching Post Highliner Sideways 20 Year Anniversary Santa Barbara County Pinot Noir
Winery Notes- We selected our flagship wine for this commemorative bottling. “Highliner” is an assemblage of only the best lots of all the different Pinot Noirs we make each vintage. Consequently, it earns consistent high praise. The fruit for 2021 Highliner came from 5 different vineyards with the majority sourced from the iconic Sanford & Benedict Vineyard in the Sta. Rita Hills appellation. All vineyards and clones are harvested and produced separately using traditional burgundian techniques. 20 months barrel age in French oak along with masterful blending, brought all the elements to a harmonious whole. "We enjoy making Highliner the most of any of our wines,” states Frank Ostini. “Utilizing the different flavors and textures from all of these vineyards creates a complex and balanced wine that plays to the many keys of Pinot Noir. The 2021 vintage is the best vintage of the 2000s to date.” The moniker “Highliner” refers to the best fishermen in the fleet and references Gray Hartley’s nearly 30 years in the fishing industry prior to winemaking. Winery Notes- The 2021 Sonoma Coast Chardonnay showcases three of the top vineyards in the Sonoma Coast – Sangiacomo, Durell, and Gap’s Crown – with the goal of creating a cuvée that illustrates the varietal’s exceptional character across the Sonoma Coast appellation. Yields were light in 2021 with the vines producing small clusters with tiny berries, resulting in concentrated wines of depth and balance. Each block was pressed whole cluster, fermented in 30% new French oak barrels and kept separate until their final blending.
