Created by Chuck Wagner of Caymus Vineyards, this wine is delicious, accessible and enjoyable over a meal. 2021 Beaulieu Vineyard Tapestry Reserve Napa Valley Bordeaux Blend
Winery Notes- 2021 produced some of the best fruit in recent years. Early rain, then almost no notable precipitation for the rest of the season, provided an ideal environment. The summer saw early and even ripening. Low yields created small berries with intense flavor. Harvest began early at the end of August. With optimal ripening, our winemakers could take their time bringing in the grapes. The wine has fantastic character with aromatic intensity and tremendous balance and structure that are equally lush and fruity. A tremendous year to experience the nuances and terroir distinction from around the valley.Rating(s) -

Silky black tea tannins and dimpled texture flow with linear movement across the mid-palate, highlighting freshness and brightness amidst a rich and dense dark fruit core. A quintessential dirt-to-bottle wine that highlights the best of Napa Valley.Rating(s)$44.9022 -

2022 Gaja Ca' Marcanda Promis Toscana
Winery Notes- The name reminds of the Italian word promessa, that means promise. A promise, exactly as an up-and-comer that, with its young and bold character, brings along a fresh breeze of liveliness and zest. It recalls, as well, the Gaja’s family commitment meant to start a valuable project in Tuscany. 55% Merlot, 35% Syrah, 10% Sangiovese. Mainly from the Castagneto Carducci area, planted on dark soils rich in clay and loam. Fermented and aged in stainless steel tanks and barrels. The elegance and roundness of Merlot and Syrah match with the essential rigor of Sangiovese. Harmonious and enjoyable wine from the very beginning, with an ageing potential of 8-10 years.$49.908 -

2022 Caymus 50th Anniversary Release Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon (375ml Half Bottle)
Winery Notes- This is a wine that celebrates all of the team plus our extraordinary growers. It is a result of happy soils, healthy vines, low crop yield, low to no irrigation, harvest at high ripeness levels — these are the key ingredients of the Caymus style. This vintage especially exhibits an expression of the style which Caymus is known for and I feel is as singular as our approach to making it. Rich and round on the palate, with tannins expressed in a textural manner that are non-bitter. Evidence of French oak, but not overplayed. Acidity enough for balance, but not tart to the palate. The Caymus style allows the consumer to face no hurdles in tasting and enjoying the delicious essence of the wine.$37.902 -

2018 Domaine Eden Santa Cruz Mountains Cabernet Sauvignon
Winery Notes- Our Domaine Eden Cabernet is unique in the California Cabernet world as it is a blend of five distinct vineyards in the middle of our large appellation. Based on the classic Bordeaux blends of Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Merlot, Petit Verdot and Malbec, all the varieties are fermented individually on native yeasts and aged in oak separately until the final blending at fifteen months. Once the lots are blended together, the wine sees an additional seven months of barrel age. Balanced aromas of cassis and loamy earth frame the nose. Fresh, lively flavors of savory herb and blackberry engage the palate. The depth of flavor and length of finish complete the experience. Of course, this is enjoyable now, yet it will continue to be an incredible bottle for the next decade or more.
