2021 Niner Estates Paso Robles Cabernet Sauvignon
Winery Notes- 2021 was a benchmark vintage for Cabernet in Paso Robles. The long, cool growing season was ideal for our Bordeaux grapes and allowed them to slowly ripen, creating complex flavors and wines built to age. The 2021 Cabernet Sauvignon was aged 21 months in French Oak barrels and is one that you’ll want for your collection. 2022 Slacker (Linne Calodo) Computer Geek Paso Robles Rhône Blend
Winery Notes- A blend of Grenache, Syrah, Carignan, and Mourvedre from the Linne Calodo estates. Aromas of strawberry, raspberry, cardamom and wet loam anticipate flavors of black plum, blackberry and mocha. The palate is flush, focused and spicy with energetic textures. Whole-cluster notes of peppercorn and clove linger on a deep, integrated finish. A wine for those in the know.$32.905 -

2023 Tablas Creek Patelin de Tablas Paso Robles Rhône Blend
Winery Notes- A pretty, savory nose of black pepper and teriyaki marinade. Lovely on the palate with black fruit and black licorice in front, leavened by plum skin acids and a finish with sweet sarsaparilla and smoky oolong tea notes. 2022 Thacher Working Holiday Paso Robles Rhône Blend
The “KR” on our barn is a well-known landmark of old-time Paso Robles. The Kentucky Ranch- our home, winery, vineyard, and gardens were part of a 4,000-acre Spanish Land Grant until 1869, after which it became a thriving horse breeding operation. Our ranch includes the 1920s KR barn, outbuildings, our home, barley fields, and riparian habitat for deer, coyotes, bobcats, turkeys, and the occasional mountain lion. Since 2004, Thacher Winery, with the grasshopper label, has been hand-crafting wines grown in superb Central Coast vineyards. Our small lot production demonstrates local subtleties and terroir. Construction of the tasting room and 4,600 square foot, solar powered winery was completed in 2008, just in time for our fourth harvest of about 33 tons of premium wine grapes. Today total production is approximately 5,000 cases of low-intervention and all native ferments that are created in the vineyard. Our mission is to grow unique, and food-friendly wines that purely express the terroirs of the exceptional vineyards we farm throughout the Central Coast.$24.9022 -
2022 Iron & Sand Paso Robles Cabernet Sauvignon
Winery Notes- Dense purple in color, this wine opens with aromas of ripe red fruits, cherries, anise, cedar, savory spice, roasted coffee, and tobacco. The wine is velvety and lush presenting delicious flavors of raspberry, cherry and plum with warm baking spice, earthy undertones, and a hint of vanilla. The flavors are complemented by lively acidity and fine tannins that lift the wine suggesting a long life. The finish is long, supple and mouthwatering. 2022 Turley Pesenti Vineyard Paso Robles Zinfandel
Winery Notes- This certified organic estate-owned vineyard was planted in the 1920s on ancient marine calcareous soils. Though the vines are head-trained and dry-farmed, the soil plays the most important role in distinguishing this vineyard on the west side of Paso Robles. The wines have a brightness, with chalk and floral characteristic aromas unique to the site, and to Zinfandel in general.$49.901 -
2023 Tablas Creek Patelin de Tablas Blanc Paso Robles White Rhône Blend
Winery Notes- A plush nose equally balanced between Grenache Blanc and Viognier: apricot and ripe pear, oyster shell minerality, and a little pithy note. On the palate, white grapefruit and honey crisp apple, anise, chamomile, orange oil, and a chalky mineral note on the finish. Lovely acids.$21.9018 -

Winery Notes- ISOSCELES Reserve is built upon the exceptional quality and character of the Bordeaux grape varieties grown in Paso Robles. Each year, we draw from the most distinctive barrels from the top lots of each variety to decide the final blend for this outstanding wine. Impressive in its youth, ISOSCELES Reserve will cellar nicely, gaining new layers of complexity, revealing the wine’s true potential over time. Bright with a deeply concentrated purple/ruby core that lightens at the rim, with persistent, thick, slow-forming tears that stain the glass as they form. Aromatic with notes of baked black cherry, ripe blackberry, and juicy black plum, with suggestions of toasted oak and vanilla followed by dried violet and subtle mint notes. Full-bodied with smooth baked blackberry, mission fig, and black currant flavors on the entry.
