2022 Turley Pesenti Vineyard Paso Robles Zinfandel
Winery Notes- This certified organic estate-owned vineyard was planted in the 1920s on ancient marine calcareous soils. Though the vines are head-trained and dry-farmed, the soil plays the most important role in distinguishing this vineyard on the west side of Paso Robles. The wines have a brightness, with chalk and floral characteristic aromas unique to the site, and to Zinfandel in general.$49.901 -
2022 Turley Del Barba Contra Costa County Zinfandel
Winery Notes- Hailing from head-trained vines planted in the deep dehli blow sands of Contra Costa. Vibrant and dazzling on the nose, with plum, blood orange, lively spice, and mouthwatering smoked meats. The texture is a knockout: super smooth, silky and supple, with excellent acidity. Utterly enthralling, and a wine we want to revisit repeatedly.Rating(s)$34.9012 -
2022 Turley Buck Cobb Vineyard Amador County Zinfandel
Organically farmed head-trained vines planted at 1500’ in the Sierra Nevada Foothills in granite & quartz. Aromas of red florals and fruits, orange zest, nutmeg, and petrichor, with a red pepper kick to the spicy finish. 2021 Marietta Román North Coast Zinfandel
Winery Notes- We named this wine for Román Cisneros, our cellarmaster of more than 30 years. Notes of white pepper and sage, enliven the core of pomegranate, cranberry and orange zest in this bright, lively Zinfandel. Breadth and darkness come through as briar patch and tobacco leaf, with flint and wet stone adding complexity. Grippy and clean on the palate, with chalk and almond underpinning the ripe strawberry, this is not your typical Zinfandel from California. Dark chocolate and crushed mint lead into drying/textured tannins for a long finish.Rating(s)$19.9024+ -
2022 Cline Old Vine Lodi Zinfandel

2021 Limerick Lane Estate Russian River Valley Zinfandel
Winery Notes- Our Russian River Zinfandel is our flagship wine. Originally planted by Italians at the start of the 1900’s, this wine hearkens back, in some ways, to a different time. While seamless and with an unparalleled clarity of flavor and aromas, there is also an undeniable gravity that Limerick Lane Zinfandel seems to exude. It may be nothing more than a romantic appreciation for the hands that have tended these vines for over a century. It’s possible that it is a result of the other varieties, now all but extinct, save for a few old Zinfandel vineyards like Peloursin, Negrette, and Petite Sirah, that add more structure, color, and acid than normally found in Zinfandel. Maybe the rocks, the dirt, the morning fog and the afternoon sun come together in this place a little different than anywhere else. It may even be all of these special characteristics combined, but the Zinfandel grown at the end of this little lane is undeniably special, undeniably unique, and undeniably “Limerick Lane.”$37.9024+ -
2021 Cline Eight Spur Dry Creek Valley Zinfandel
Winery Notes- School House Creek Vineyard located in Dry Creek Valley is owned by the Petersen’s, one of the oldest grape growing families in the region. In the northern part of the valley, close to Lake Sonoma, the vineyard sits on an eastern bench, facing southwest. The valley holds the daytime heat, ripening grapes on these old vines, between 40-100 years old, until sundown when cool Pacific Ocean breezes blow through the canyon, extending the growing season. Vines are head-trained and dry-farmed in the true tradition of cultivating Zinfandel. The success of School House Creek Vineyard comes from years of vigilant farming and rootstock selection before planting. These vines are planted on St George rootstock that is known for sending roots deep down into the soil in search of water. Roots can grow as deep as 40 feet making them naturally drought-resistant and allowing for the least amount of intervention during the growing the season. Eight Spur Zinfandel displays loads of blueberry and strawberry flavors, with hints of cinnamon, tobacco leaf, and vanilla. Medium-full bodied with mouthwatering acidity, and fine-grained tannins, the finish is opulent and long.Rating(s)$21.905 -
2021 Turley Fredericks Vineyard Sonoma Valley Zinfandel
Winery Notes- Hailing from 1937, these certified organic vines are some of the most unique we’ve ever seen. Just a mile and a half from the Napa border on the Sonoma side of the Mayacamas, located in what is the new Moon Mountain AVA, the vines are planted along steep, contoured terraces. Finding old vineyards is rare enough, but ancient hillside head-trained vines located 900 feet up? Downright extraordinary.$44.902 -

2019 Seghesio Cortina Dry Creek Valley Zinfandel
Winery Notes- The core of this wine comes from Chen’s Vineyard, planted in 1972 by fourth-generation Ted Seghesio and his father Ed. The site resides along the creek where the sandy soils produce rarefied Zinfandel. With mornings shrouded in fog and prevailing afternoon breezes from the marine influence, Cortina grapes benefit from longer hang times in normal seasons. Aromas of lilac, wild blueberry tart, cedar and moss give way to bright acidity on the palate. Cortina Zinfandel features vibrant blue fruit and a touch of white pepper that carries through to the wine’s long elegant finish.Rating(s)
