Gosset Grande Réserve Brut Champagne (1.5LTR)
Winery Notes- Champagne Gosset produces dynamic, textured cuvées that reflect their sourcing, primarily Grand and Premier Cru vineyards. By following a winemaking philosophy that minimizes inputs beyond what the grapes provide (e.g. no malolactic fermentation), the winery continues a family legacy of excellence that started in 1584, making it the oldest wine house in Champagne. Grande Réserve is the “heart” of the range. This non-vintage cuvée utilizes mostly Chardonnay and Pinot Noir with a small portion of Pinot Meunier. Grande Réserve spends 3-4 years on the lees, which is three times longer than the AOC legal limit and provides added texture and complexity.$99.901 -
2008 Nicolas Feuillatte Palmes d'Or Brut Champagne
Winery Notes- This was the coldest year of the decade. This linear, well-balanced vintage has forged wines for ageing, built for the future; whose aromas will reach a dramatic crescendo as they come to the fore. A vintage calling for patience, slowly developing over time, distinguished and refined. Today the wines linger in the bloom of youth, delivering notes of dried flowers and the gentle touch of gossamer bubbles, while elegantly structured and linear on the palate.$159.903 -
Scharffenberger Brut Excellence Mendocino County Brut Sparkling Wine
Winery Notes- After approximately two years on the lees, there are notes of freshly baked bread and pastry that enhance the more fruit forward style of the wine. Finally, after several months on the cork, the wine develops additional complexity, featuring essences of caramel and hazelnut.$19.9013 -

Ruinart 2nd Skin Brut Rosé Champagne (1.5LTR)

The nose is fresh and subtle, ripe with cherry and freshly picked red berries, followed by a splash of flowers and spicy notes On the palate, the wine is silky and delicately fleshy.$269.903 -
Piper-Heidsieck Brut Champagne (1.5LTR)
Winery Notes- The Brut NV represents the epitome of the Piper-Heidsieck style: a classic, well-structured, and fruit forward champagne. Piper-Heidsieck carefully selects fruit from more than 100 of Champagne’s crus to blend the Brut NV. This adds great complexity and dimension to the wine and allows the bold Piper-Heidsieck style to shine through. A majority blend of Pinot Noir provides structure to the composition while Pinot Meunier expands the wine with its brilliant fruit expression and fleshiness and Chardonnay bring elegant tones and acidity. The precious reserve wines create a consistent flavor profile year after year.$99.902 -

2016 Louis Roederer Brut Rosé Champagne
Winery Notes- Salmon pink hue with bright red tints. Deep, intense colour. The bubbles are fine yet vibrant and energetic. The summery bouquet shows exceptional intensity and freshness with its aromas of ripe, juicy stone fruit (wild peach) complemented by zesty red fruit (redcurrant) and citrus notes (blood orange). Upon aeration, the nose develops more jammy notes of Roussillon red apricot. The palate is soft, juicy and concentrated on entry and then quickly shows a chalky, saline freshness that structures the wine and lends it a voluptuous yet delicate mouthfeel. The juicy, ripe fruit (nectarine and wild peach) and citrus (lemon) give the wine a fresh, zesty character that is underpinned by a subtle hint of bitterness. The soft, delicate bubbles coat the palate and impart a velvety texture. The end palate is mouth-watering and ever so slightly salty with discreet tannins and a lovely subtle bitterness that complements the incredible dry chalkiness of the wine and lingers on the seemingly never-ending finish.Rating(s)$79.9011 -
Philipponnat Royale Réserve Brut Champagne
Winery Notes- Deep gold in colour with amber glints. Delicate froth, lively and lingering. The first nose reveals vine blossom, linden and fresh, lightly toasted bread. After breathing, aromas of summer berries, citrus fruit and honey develop. Fine vinous attack on the palate, fruity (redcurrant, raspberry, ripe grape) and full bodied, generous and long. Light notes of biscuit and freshly baked bread on the finish.$54.909 -
Louis Roederer Collection 244 Brut Champagne
Winery Notes- Lovely golden yellow, very champagne-like, hue. Dense and steady flow of extremely fine bubbles. Deep, broad bouquet of ripe fruit (wild peaches, william pears) combined with citrus (lemons, blood oranges). The iodised and smoky notes, associated with the autolysis and the ageing in wood, add aromatic freshness. Then come notes of chalk and a hint of reduction, suggesting that the wine will be concentrated and powerful. The entry to the palate is delicious showing a rich and robust texture. We have a very juicy and concentrated sensation as if we were biting into a ripe fruit. The substance is caressingly soft, coating the palate but is then immediately lightened by the delicate bubbles. The length is created by a lovely backbone of chalky freshness. The wine is both delectably rich, with a slightly roasted character, and super fresh thanks to a salivating finish. The smoky notes then take over to underpin a very flavour some finish. Collection 244 marks the return of the texture of the Meunier from the Marne and the Montagne, which adds a lovely richness to the well-structured and saline Pinot noir and Chardonnay grapes!$54.9011 -

2019 Argyle Willamette Valley Blanc de Blancs Brut Sparkling Wine
Winery Notes- Continuing in the stylistic tradition to which Argyle has remained true for decades, Winemaker Nate Klostermann has been recognized for making graceful and complex sparkling wines, along with vibrant and impeccably balanced Pinot Noirs, Chardonnays and Rieslings. Nate and the winemaking team work in extremely small lots to preserve the nuance and complexity of Argyle’s estate fruit. Nate’s focus on innovation includes doing more skin soaking to tease out the character and spice of Argyle’s Rieslings, and experimenting with small amounts of whole clusters to accentuate the depth and nuance of the winery’s Pinot Noirs. Additional areas of experimentation include harvesting at various ripeness levels to enhance the cool-climate energy and layered complexity of the wines, as well as fine-tuning the dosage program to create evermore dynamic and terroir-driven sparkling wines. Perhaps the greatest area of innovation and experimentation at Argyle can be found in the winery’s renowned Extended Tirage program, which has set the standard for New World sparkling wine, earning the highest scores for any sparkling wines made outside of Champagne.$24.903 -
