2020 Cordero di Montezemolo Monfalletto Barolo
Winery Notes- The company’s flag, its symbolic wine, the label that more than any other embodies the history, heritage, culture and essence that Cordero di Montezemolo aims to express through its work. A Barolo made from the unification of all the plots cultivated in La Morra, minus the small quantities of grapes selected from parts of them for the production of Barolo Gattera and Barolo Riserva Gorette. Barolo Monfalletto is our biggest production, thanks to the large extension of vineyards from which it originates, which cover an area of about 14 hectares. Each part of the hill is harvested separately, choosing the best moment for each one. Vinification and ageing in wood follow individual paths and the final blending of all the lots takes place only at the time of bottling. Its main characteristics are its pleasantness, delicacy and readiness to drink, making it a Barolo that can be enjoyed from an early age. Our history, our present, our future.$58.906 -

2019 Pio Cesare Barolo
Winery Notes- A classic style Barolo. Excellent structure, harmony and elegance. Soft tannins and balanced fruit. Approachable, but with a very long ageing potential. Barolo is a great wine, which should not be described as a “basic” or “regular” Barolo, simply because it does not have any additional indication on the label.$74.908 -
2019 Vietti Castiglione Barolo
Winery Notes- Ruby-red colour with medium intensity. The nose is explosive, opulent, seductive and striking. Notes of plum, red, ripe black and sour cherries, blackberry, rose petal, and tobacco emerge. On the palate, the flavour is classic, rich and potent, with notes of alpine herbs and a leathery finish. The tannins are well-integrated.$59.903 -
2019 Cascina Fontana Barolo
“Come una volta”, or as it was in the past, is Mario’s signature house style, ever apparent in his Barolos. 100% Nebbiolo coming from three vineyard sources (the Villero and Valletti crus in Castiglione Falletto, plus the Gallinotto climate within the Giachini MGA in the commune of La Morra), fermented in cement for as long as 40 days followed by aging in 25hl Slavonian oak botti for 2 years. Assemblage takes place and then the wine is transferred to cement to age 1 more year, before being bottled and aged 1 year before release. A classic Barolo that demands patience and commands elegance.$94.903 -
2018 Vietti Cerequio Barolo
Winery Notes- Of the great and historic geographical indications in the Barolo production area, Cerequio has always been at the very top of the territories of excellence. By allowing the distinctive features of this cru to lead the way, the winery was able to obtain a wine of rare elegance and balance. With an articulated and complex bouquet even when young, it expresses itself through a significant streak of tannins, supporting an enveloping and persistent structure.$199.901
