2018 Von Strasser Rudy North Coast Cabernet Sauvignon
Winery Notes- Abundant dark red fruits with pronounced ripe currant, blackberry and plum. Complimented by hints of green herbs, leather, cacao, vanilla and baking spice. All of which are wrapped by silky tannins.$19.90242016 Dyer Diamond Mountain District Cabernet Sauvignon
Winery Notes- Reminiscent of the fabulous 2013 the 2016 is deep and rich. Black cherry and plum aromas are laced thru with savory notes of tobacco and dried herbs. On the palate this is classic Cabernet; dense and chewy, with notes of cedar. Tannins are ripe and lush.2018 Altamura Napa Valley Sauvignon Blanc
Winery Notes- Our Sauvignon Blanc comes from our 4-acre 28-year-old dry-farmed vineyard which sits at an altitude of 850 feet. The wine is fermented and aged in new French oak barrels for 18 months resulting in a wine of great depth and complexity, displaying the flavor and textural profile more like a white Bordeaux than a California Sauvignon Blanc. Very limited production of 500 cases.2020 Tyler Santa Barbara County Chardonnay
Winery Notes- Though Santa Barbara had a relatively cold, dry winter with variable flowering, the fruit from slightly varied points of ripeness at vintage worked well to provide both ripe flavors, but also charming underlying structure and acidity$24.90112019 Hudson Carneros Chardonnay
Winery Notes- The elegant 2019 Estate Chardonnay shows the softness that came with a moderate vintage. Lovely notes of stone fruit, particularly apricot, lemon, and an orange creamsicle finish make for a very complete and pleasurable experience.2020 Bedrock Wine Company Teldeschi Vineyard Dry Creek Valley Zinfandel
Winery Notes- Dry Creek Valley is about as close to God’s land when it comes to Zinfandel as there is. Within the valley itself, there is a particular area where vinous angels sing the loudest and most beautifully. This of course, is the Dry Creek bench. Upon this bench of red, cobbly, porous soil, grow the old dry-farmed vines at Teldeschi Ranch. Of all the lovely old vineyards that my father and I have had the opportunity to work with, this is the longest and one of the deepest relationships we have formed. My father, after working with Teldeschi fruit with Joe Swan in the 70s, began working with the fruit for Ravenswood in 1984. He has worked with the fruit every year for over three decades and when I went to start Bedrock it was only natural to have Teldeschi be one of the foundational wines for the new project.2019 Domaine Drouhin Dundee Hills Pinot Noir
Winery Notes- The 2019 Dundee Hills Estate Pinot Noir is beautifully concentrated with a decidedly complex bouquet. Restrained notes of redcurrant compote and tobacco transition to youthful spice and bramble. Texturally very pleasing, the velvety palate seamlessly blends a kirsch core with an appealing influence of earthy undertones and a touch of vanilla. The engaging finish is luxuriously long and elegant. This wine will continue to develop beautifully over the next 8-12 years.$37.90102016 Caparzo Brunello di Montalcino
Winery Notes- Ruby red wine color, tending toward garnet with age, this wine offers complex, penetrating aromas of wild berry fruit. On the palate, it is dry, firm, harmonious and delicate.$39.9024+2020 Tensley Colson Canyon Vineyard Santa Barbara County Syrah
Winery Notes- Everything we farm in house is something very special to us. This site is one of the most unique and special places in the world of wine. High (1400 elevation) in the hills north of the Santa Maria Valley with some of the most iron-laced soils I have seen in Santa Barbara County. This wine always delivers juicy round seamless edges. This is the only wine we add some new French oak, as its weight and power integrates with the oak, adding a bit of toasty buttery complexity. Colson Canyon is such a beautiful example of fruit forward juicy California Syrah. Open it anytime and enjoy its blueberry, cassis and chocolate nuances or leave it 20 years and enjoy its leathery, almondy notes. It does not really matter when you open it, it will deliver.$38.9021Billecart-Salmon Brut Rosé Champagne
Winery Notes- The Brut Rosé is a fresh and elegant Rosé Champagne, blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Meunier and Pinot Noir vinified as red wine. Radiant color with graceful effervescence, a persistent mousse, and fine bubbles rising slowly in the glass. Subtle and fine aromas leading to an expressive red berry flavor with citrus zest. Creamy and smooth on the palate, evolving to strawberries notes and a raspberry finish. Light, balanced and precise. The best pairing for any happy occasion! Pairs greatly with fine charcuterie, sushi, grilled salmon, or a langoustine carpaccio. It will also enhance lightly sweetened red berry desserts with an acidic crunch.$79.9024+
