2023 Aperture Soil Specific Alexander Valley Sauvignon Blanc

Winery Notes- The 2023 sauvignon blanc incorporates our estate-grown sémillion and sauvignon musqué, that we planted on the Aperture property in 2019. These two estate blocks were hand-harvested in early September at the same time as the Sauvignon Blanc from Farrow Ranch in Geyserville. The sauvignon blanc from Dry Stack Vineyard in the Bennett Valley AVA was brought to the winery in early October, consistent with this vineyard’s unique late-ripening characteristics.

Winery Notes- The 2023 Sauvignon Blanc opens with a fragrant nose of lemon-lime, lychee, kiwi, and cantalope with a touch of honeysuckle. Bright acidity and juicy flavors of lychee and mango lead to a smooth mineral finish for this refreshing wine.

2023 La Crema Sonoma County Sauvignon Blanc

Winery Notes- This wine combines fresh aromas of nectarine, lime, melon, and subtle hints of wet stone and flint. In the mouth, flavors of grapefruit and white peach are accompanied by tropical notes of mango and guava. Barrel fermentation brings volume and texture to the wine while crisp and vibrant acidity drives a juicy lingering finish.

1999 Fisher Wedding Vineyard Sonoma County Cabernet Sauvignon

Displaying all the mountain characteristics of Wedding Vineyard with dark blackberry fruit, forest floor, cedar and anise. Strong front of the palate with densely layered ripe tannins that lengthen the wine to a sweet mid-palate full of black fruits and finishes with velvet caramel. This is a wine that is layered with developing flavors; for this reason we highly recommend decanting this wine to reveal all of its brooding, complex secrets.
