2022 Talbott Sleepy Hollow Vineyard Santa Lucia Highlands Chardonnay
Winery Notes- Our 2022 Sleepy Hollow Vineyard Chardonnay is an elegant expression of the fog-cloaked vines of our legendary Sleepy Hollow Vineyard. 2022 Lucia by Pisoni Estate Cuvée Santa Lucia Highlands Pinot Noir
Winery Notes- The Lucia Pinot Noir Estate Cuvée represents the synergy that develops when three estate-farmed vineyards are blended and bottled as a singular wine. The 2022 vintage is comprised of 70% Pisoni Vineyards, 14% Garys’ Vineyard, and 16% Soberanes Vineyard. As the wine’s medium-ruby hue fills the glass, aromas of crushed strawberry, spiced plum, and underlaying hints of dark berry develop. The Pinot Noir transitions to the palate and shows savory notes of Asian spice, black tea, then gains volume with notes of plush red berries and subtle vanilla—from eleven months of aging in 45% new French oak barrels. The heavy morning fog and bracing coastal winds of the mountainous Santa Lucia Highlands keep this wine fresh and provide acidity that reawakens the palate after each sip. The finish shows youthful and layered, yet distinctly approachable tannin.$49.9013 -

2022 Siduri Santa Lucia Highlands Pinot Noir
Winery Notes- The 2022 growing season in the Santa Lucia Highlands began with a slightly later than usual bud break, with a bloom period that was generally warm and dry, which promoted even fruit set. The “main event”, so to speak, was a prolonged heat wave that began on Labor Day Weekend and lasted for several days. Leaning upon lessons we’ve learned by being in the same vineyards over the past two decades in the Santa Lucia Highlands, we picked the fruit prior to any dehydration set in, promoting freshness and balance. The quality of the 2022 vintage wines from Santa Lucia Highlands are impressive – the signature acidity of SLH sails through the finish, balancing the weight and richness of the fruit. Harvest was fast and furious, with all the fruit coming in over a two week period – but the wines show excellent balance and seamlessness.$29.9014 -

2021 Morgan Highland Santa Lucia Highlands Chardonnay
Winery Notes- With each vintage of Highland Chardonnay, we showcase the unique attributes of the Santa Lucia Highlands AVA. The 2021 cuvée includes 47% fruit from our certified organic Double L estate, with the balance from outstanding neighbors, including McIntyre and Tondré vineyards. 2019 Morgan Twelve Clones Santa Lucia Highlands Pinot Noir
Winery Notes- The Twelve Clones Pinot Noir is drawn from the finest vineyards of the Santa Lucia Highlands appellation, including Morgan’s organic Double L estate — which, in the 2019 vintage, accounted for 67% of the final blend. The Twelve Clones designation denotes the original, diverse pinot plantings at the Double L. Cloudy mornings, mid-day sunshine with strong winds, and evening fog create a cool Region I type climate. The long growing season allows for gentle ripening, creating intense flavors with balanced acidity. The 2019 Twelve Clones demonstrates the finesse typical of pinot noir from the Santa Lucia Highlands. It displays aromas of black cherry, cedar, and sweet baking spices. Flavors of red and black fruit are complemented with a hint of sassafrass. Perfectly poised, this medium bodied wine is light on its feet with weightless tannins and crisp acidity. A wonderful accompaniment to roasted chicken and grilled salmon, as well as almost any duck, beef, or lamb preparation.Rating(s)$29.9012 -
2021 August West Santa Lucia Highlands Pinot Noir
Winery Notes- 2021 was a “back to normal” vintage for the Santa Lucia Highlands appellation after the disastrous fire season of 2020. August West didn’t make any SLH wine in 2020 because the smoke hovered over the vines for 10 straight days and affected the flavor of the grapes. It was the first vintage in our 20-year history when we didn’t make a single wine from the area. Our 2021 Santa Lucia Highlands Pinot Noir shows classic, cool-climate aromas with black cherries, elderberries, loamy earth, and cinnamon. Surrounded by an abundance of perfectly ripe berry flavors, the palate shows plenty of fresh acidity. The finish is incredibly long which predicts a good future for this wine. Plan on cellaring this until 2023 and enjoy it through 2032.$24.9012 -
2019 Lucia Soberanes Vineyard Santa Lucia Highlands Pinot Noir
Winery Notes-Flowing form the bottle a shade of dark ruby, the 2019 Lucia Soberanes Vineyard Pinot Noir is a dazzling display of symmetry from this iconic site, with each component in perfect equilibrium. Juicy aromatics of ripe raspberry and red cherry are countered flawlessly with more elegant notes of Asian spice, wet earth, and hints of cedar. Native fermentations of each block, taking place in open-top tanks, are meticulously managed to achieve perfect extraction of flavor, color and tannin. This extra care rewards as incredibly pure flavors of ripe plum, fig jam, and dusty black cherry coat the palate, while velvety tannin is partnered with fresh, vibrant acidity. This wine will age and maintain this balance for years to come.$64.902
