2023 Mount Veeder Winery Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon
Winery Notes- Crafted in celebration of our 50th anniversary, the 2023 Mount Veeder Winery Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon is thoughtfully sourced from premier vineyards across Napa Valley, including fruit from our mountain estate. Complex without being cumbersome, this wine has successfully captured the characteristics of the growing season with its intense aromatics and lively acidity. This vintage reflects our good fortune in working with growers who share our commitment to quality, and we look forward to strengthening these relationships to ensure consistently exceptional wines year after year. Our final blend includes a portion (11%) hailing from our Mount Veeder vineyards, helping link the Napa Valley bottling to the storied past of Mount Veeder Winery. The wine opens with an expressive nose of black cherry, fig, cedar, and warm baking spices. On the palate, layers of dark fruit unfold with refined structure, supported by supple tannins and balanced acidity. A lingering finish reveals notes of black tea and a touch of savory depth—an elegant expression of a milestone vintage.$49.9012 -
2023 Silverado Estate Grown Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon

This wine is elegantly structured with lingering notes of toasted oak on the finishRating(s)$37.9011 -
2023 Bonny Doon Le Cigare Volant Monterey County Rhône Blend
Winery Notes- The fruit is carefully selected to ensure its full potential of ripeness with balanced chemistry, and as usual for Cigare, Grenache is the star of the show. As we all know, Grenache grown in relatively cool sites in coastal California has a growing season long enough for it to create the spicy, peppery quality that we love so much and expect to taste in Cigare. We included, as is our wont, some wonderful Cinsault, a rather plump and juicy grape, which was signee to a fare-thee0well, to increase the concentration of this lightly colored and structured grape. The wine was aged in stainless steel tank and bottled ten months after harvest to preserve freshness and vibrancy.Rating(s)$14.9024 -
2023 Othello by Dominus Estate Napa Red Wine
Winery Notes- Produced from the historic Napanook vineyard in Yountville, California, Othello is a wine that expresses the singularity of its exceptional terroir and is accessible and enjoyable in its youth. A Bordeaux blend, the wine is forthcoming with lovely aromas of red fruit, round, silky tannins and an abounding brightness. It was at the famed Napanook vineyard that Christian Moueix established Dominus Estate in 1983. An historical site, it was the source of fruit for some of the finest Napa Valley wines in the 1940’s and 1950’s. Notably, the vineyard’s history can be traced back to Napa Valley’s beginnings, when in 1838 George Yount, for whom the town of Yountville was named, first planted grapevines there. Today, the vineyard produces three wines: Dominus, its flagship, Napanook, and Othello. A model for its sustainable farming practices, the Napanook vineyard has been hailed for its dry-farming, which shuns watering the vines, thus spurring them to draw deeply on the land’s unique geology. Meticulous viticultural and winemaking practices are undertaken with the objective of producing wines that are pure, balanced and complex. Minimal intervention and restraint throughout the process of grape berry selection, fermentation and aging preserve the character of the fruit. The resulting wines are an expression of this unique vineyard.$54.9011 -

Winery Notes- Delicate fruit esters lift from the glass, tempting the nose with macerated strawberries, red plums, and blackberry compote. This vintage offers purity and fine-grained tannins, enveloping a dense, fruit laden core that remains wonderfully fresh.$44.907 -
2023 Martin Ray Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon
Winery Notes- This Cabernet is bold and expressive, opening with aromas of black cherry and licorice, layered with subtle notes of smoked bacon and dried herbs. 2023 Caterwaul Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon
#51 Wine Spectator Top 100 of 2025 Winery Notes- Great vintages are often signaled early in a wine’s life. Mere weeks into existence, the richness, balance and power of 2023 was clear. Carefully sourced Napa Valley vineyards produced great dividends with a perfect marriage of round tannin and supple fruit. Brilliant scarlet red on the rim, denoting a pronounced natural acidity, the wine quickly finds depth in an opaque, violet hue. A rich nose of crushed minerals and red/black berry fruit fills the glass, framed by dusky, dark violets. Complexity on the initial palate girds the expectation of an unbridled wine. Like gentle giant, this wine clearly has a powerful build but conveys a restrained intensity. Soft tannins marked by toasty oak and a wide frame of confit red and purple fruits mark the midpalate. Freshness extends the long finish. There is something here for everyone, and in abundance.$47.9012 -
2023 Caymus Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon (375ml Half Bottle)
Winery Notes- This is a wine that celebrates all of the team plus our extraordinary growers. It is a result of happy soils, healthy vines, low crop yield, low to no irrigation, harvest at high ripeness levels — these are the key ingredients of the Caymus style. This vintage especially exhibits an expression of the style which Caymus is known for and I feel is as singular as our approach to making it. Rich and round on the palate, with tannins expressed in a textural manner that are non-bitter. Evidence of French oak, but not overplayed. Acidity enough for balance, but not tart to the palate. The Caymus style allows the consumer to face no hurdles in tasting and enjoying the delicious essence of the wine.$37.9011 -
2023 Hourglass HG III Napa Valley Red Blend
Winery Notes- HGIII is composed around a core of Merlot, Petite Sirah and Cabernet Sauvignon, with Merlot commanding attention and delivering unmatched expressiveness. Aromas of red and black currants intertwine seamlessly with lavender and herbes de Provence, creating a floral interplay. On the palate, dark sour cherry and inky black cassis take the spotlight, supported by supple tannins and vibrant acidity. Subtle notes of light roasted coffee, plum, wild strawberry, and fennel add layers of complexity. The careful blend of 50% new and seasoned barrels ensures freshness while imparting barrel spice and structure, resulting in a wine of power, elegance and lasting impression.Rating(s)$44.9024+ -
2023 Flora Springs Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon
Winery Notes- This Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon opens with expressive notes of blackcurrant, wild berries, and a hint of licorice, unfolding into layers of dark fruit that dominate the palate. A subtle lift of white pepper leads into savory herbs—fennel, sage, and a whisper of dried earth; adding nuance and intrigue. The tannins are firm yet finely textured, with a crushed-stone quality that provides structure and elegance. As the wine evolves, flavors of bitter cooking chocolate and chocolate-covered dark cherries emerge, offering depth and richness. The finish is long and mouthwatering, driven by a balance of juiciness and mineral tension that invites another sip.$49.9011 -
