Estate vineyards that we purchased and developed in the 90's provided over 70% of the grapes in this wine. 2022 Chalone Vineyard Estate Grown Chalone Pinot Noir
Winery Notes- The 2022 Estate Pinot Noir reveals aromas of cherry, strawberry, leather, truffle, forest floor, plum, and cinnamon. The medium-bodied palate is a beautiful representation of the varietal and the Chalone AVA. Winery Notes- Wrath's blend of clones 777 and Pommard 4 has always showcased the dark, earthy side of our estate pinot fruit and the 2022 vintage is no exception. Winery Notes- Our 2022 Kali Hart Pinot Noir is a fruit-forward expression of our coastal influenced vineyards in Santa Lucia Highlands, California. Aromas of ripe black cherry and plum greet the nose with inviting notes of toasted vanilla and warm clove. 2022 Domaine Dujac Gevrey-Chambertin 1er Cru Aux Combottes
Winery Notes- Les Combottes, a locality south of the village of Gevrey-Chambertin, lies halfway up the hill, just below the steep incline of Les Monts Luisants, in a steeply sloping area (5–6%). Ranging in altitude from 271 to 282 meters, this lieu-dit faces due east. The soil changes from east to west. In the eastern part of the plot, the reddish-brown soil is 40 to 50 cm thick, containing angular-to-rounded limestone fragments. In the western part of the lieu-dit, the soil is rich in fine angular limestone gravel. The underlying substratum Les Combottes is ocher-colored crinoidal limestone (limestone in Entroques), rich in debris from marine organisms. To the west, this layer is overlain by bedded limestone scree (grèzes litées), covering the upper part of the slope. This Comblanchien limestone scree is composed of fine angular gravel.$379.901
