Winery Notes- This Chardonnay is from blocks planted for Patz & Hall in 1997 and 1999 using the famous “Hyde Wente” selection of Chardonnay. The 2022 Hyde Chardonnay demonstrates why this vineyard has been a three-star, acclaimed Patz & Hall offering for over 30 years. The just ripe pomaceous fruit mingles seamlessly with the vanilla spice from careful new French oak ageing. Evidence of lees contact show by richness of palate and a nuance of toast and flint. This wine has wonderfully fresh acidity that is contrasted by startling deep, rich textures, a seeming contradiction, found in only the greatest Chardonnays.$39.905 -

Winery Notes- A heady nose delivers fruit-forward aromas of blackberry, raspberry and plum with traces of licorice, thyme, vanilla and cherry. The palate is beautifully balanced, showing layers of black fruit and chocolate-covered blueberry with underlying herbal, cedar and mineral complexity. 2023 Adelaida Estate Paso Robles Cabernet Sauvignon
Winery Notes- The long, cool growing season of 2023 played right into the hands of Winemaker Jeremy Weintraub, who is looking for tension, balance, and a sense of place from these mountain vineyards. Classic Cabernet Sauvignon, full of intense, bold flavors, along with lifted, nuanced aromatics. Tannic, structured, and dramatic, this is a Cabernet lover’s wine from start to finish. The fantastic 2023 vintage showcases the strengths of our mountain vineyards: highlighting exuberant aromatics, juicy natural grape acidity, and grippy, dusty tannins. The wine opens with bright, perfumed red fruit pastilles aromas, along with classic blackcurrants swirling in exotic spice notes on the highly expressive nose. The palate is generous yet focused: a core of ripe dark fruit wrapped in velvety, fine-grained tannins, lifted by a lively acid line that keeps all that richness moving. Winery Notes- We began making our Russian River Valley Sauvignon Blanc in 2001, and we have lovingly reproduced this delicious wine each vintage since. Winemaker Heidi von der Mehden follows specific protocols, including fermentation in French oak barrels and twice-weekly lees stirring, to craft this aromatic, lush bottling. The nose of the 2023 vintage features fragrant tropical aromas of white pineapple, passionfruit, mango and guava, with subtle hints of plumeria, lemon curd and lime zest. The palate is clean and bright, with accents of ruby red grapefruit, honeysuckle and ripe melon followed by a burst of crisp, refreshing acidity.$44.904 -
