The palate is marked by pink grapefruit, ripe green apple, lime zest and white peach essence. It is structured and inviting, with a round, textured mouth feel from the oak barrel maturation and a creamy, layered texture. This Sauvignon Blanc is crisp yet rich with a satisfying lengthy finish.

Winery Notes- The 2023 AXR Sauvignon Blanc is a beautiful, shiny clear and pale gold with hints of mercury. On the nose, crushed rocks, daffodil and citrus flower with mango, grapefruit, apricot and vanilla. On the palate, fresh entrance evolving on a beautiful minerality with granite rock, lingering on a sweet finish of Meyer lemon tart and forever lasting acidity.
