2022 Ink Grade Napa Valley Sauvignon Blanc (Was $75)
Winery Notes- Working with concrete, stainless steel and large oak vessels to marry textures and weights; working with lees to enhance the saline quality; and pressing longer to build structure and expose a minor note of bitterness on the finish. A refreshing and vibrant wine with excellent acidity, our 2022 Sauvignon Blanc is the most exceptional vintage to date. Produced from older vines, this wine expresses notes of star fruit, lemongrass, nectarine, lemon zest, and a natural salinity reminiscent of an ocean mist. The weight and texture of the palate are held together by the bright acidity, leading to a lengthy finish. A double or triple decant elevates all elements of this wine now, or it will open on its own in 2026. We are extremely proud of the poise of this wine and know it will be a pillar for California Sauvignon Blanc for years to come.$29.9011 -

Winery Notes- Our Sauvignon Blanc captures the exotic, vibrant and complex fruit character of our estate-grown grapes. The vineyards are ideally situated to take advantage of soil changes, different aspects, and exposures to sun and wind. In the winery, we preserve the distinctive aromatics of the grapes by minimizing exposure to air and fermenting with native and cultured yeast in a combination of stainless steel and neutral French oak. 2022 Sojourn Sonoma Coast Chardonnay (Was $40)
Winery Notes- The small clusters of the 2022 vintage allowed us to make Chardonnays with appealing intensity, balance, and nuance. Our Sonoma Coast Chardonnay showcases three of the top vineyards in the region – Sangiacomo, Durell, and Gap’s Crown – with the goal of creating a cuvée that illustrates the varietal’s exceptional character across the region. We picked and fermented each component of this blend separately and aged them all for 11 months in 30% new French oak barrels. The resulting blend offers compelling new world aromas with fresh acidity and focus, reminiscent of the old world.$29.906 -

Winery Notes- A balanced and memorable Chardonnay that starts with aromas of orange blossom, Asian pear, crème fraiche, peaches and chamomile, complemented by notes of toffee, honeysuckle, and graham cracker. On the palate, flavors of green apple, Meyer lemon and stonefruit are finished with notes of tangerine and vanilla. This Chardonnay is smooth, creamy and balanced with a lingering acidity and a long finish. 2022 Artesa Los Carneros Napa Valley Chardonnay
Winery Notes- Artesa's Estate Vineyard Chardonnay from Los Carneros, Napa Valley, is an elegantly restrained wine with Meyer lemon and white blossom aromas, a hint of lemongrass, and a silky, balanced oak touch. It ends with crisp acidity and notes of Honeycrisp apple, stone fruit, and vanilla. It's enjoyable now but will develop finesse and complexity until 2030.$19.9012 -
2022 Chateau Montelena Napa Valley Chardonnay
Winery Notes- There’s tremendous purity on the nose of this wine. At the same time, it’s also quite intense. Peach, apricot and kiwi drive an abundance of ripeness, which cascades into fresh cut flowers, orange blossom and cantaloupe. The citrus really comes to life here as mandarin, Meyer lemon and finally lemon verbena. While green apple, which is typically quite pronounced in Montelena wines, is somewhat overshadowed by the opulence of other flavors, I would expect it to become more prominent over time. Moreover, the texture is still angular and somewhat tight, which isn’t surprising given the wine’s youth. However, there’s certainly plenty to look forward to with notes of graham cracker, cinnamon and toast lingering beneath the surface. The finish initially leans into d’Anjou pear with some additional baking spice. It slowly transitions back to apple but more as cider than fresh cut. The citrus also persists as lemon zest and there’s a touch of peppery ginger as punctuation. While still predominantly linear, the finish should develop in breadth and gravity in coming years.$64.905 -
