Winery Notes- A heady nose delivers fruit-forward aromas of blackberry, raspberry and plum with traces of licorice, thyme, vanilla and cherry. The palate is beautifully balanced, showing layers of black fruit and chocolate-covered blueberry with underlying herbal, cedar and mineral complexity. 2023 Denner Nightshade Paso Robles Red Blend
Deep ruby-purple in the glass, the 2023 Denner Nightshade opens with plush Paso aromatics—black cherry and blueberry compote layered with cocoa nib, lavender, and dried sagebrush, plus hints of graphite, vanilla bean, and baking spice. The palate is generous yet focused: a core of ripe dark fruit wrapped in velvety, fine-grained tannins, lifted by a lively acid line that keeps all that richness moving. Notes of espresso, dark chocolate, and a savory whisper of black olive and pepper emerge as it unwinds, finishing long, warm, and mouthcoating with a late snap of spice and crushed rock.$39.9016 -
2020 Niner Estates Bootjack Paso Robles Red Blend (Was $30)
Winery Notes- We hand-sorted, destemmed and grav ity fed the grapes into a combination of stainless steel tanks and one French oak tank. We fermented each varietal separately to preserve their unique characteristics and after 19 months, composed the final blend. The blend aged an additional month in barrels before it was bottled. A total of 20 months of aging with a lighter oak impact (36% new French oak) helped us retain balance and pure fruit expression. The base of this blend is made of three different varietals each of which contributes unique elements to the finished wine. Cabernet Franc adds herbal notes and tannin structure, Cabernet Sauvignon adds red fruit qualities and garnet color, and Malbec adds dark fruit characteristics and a plush, juicy mouthfeel. With notes of dried cherry, rhubarb and brushy herbs, this wine is ready to drink now.$19.9024 -

2021 Niner Estates Paso Robles Cabernet Sauvignon
Winery Notes- 2021 was a benchmark vintage for Cabernet in Paso Robles. The long, cool growing season was ideal for our Bordeaux grapes and allowed them to slowly ripen, creating complex flavors and wines built to age. The 2021 Cabernet Sauvignon was aged 21 months in French Oak barrels and is one that you’ll want for your collection. It is an elegant wine with a balance of dark fruit flavors and herbaceous notes with lush tannins.$39.909 -
2019 Jonata Todos Ballard Canyon Red Blend
Winery Notes- Incense and Nag Champa fragrance. Bidis. Clove and cigar and black and red licorice. Dark and brooding with sweet blackberries, blueberries, cinnamon and baking spice. Black figs. Cracked white pepper. Like 2013 Todos in its power and breadth. Salty and tight today. Spicy and dark. Lovely depth of fruit. Tannins that start to build on the 3/4 pallet and slowly coat the entire mouth. Bundle of fruit wrapped in a formidable package of complex structure. Will reward those who decant and those who give it a few years in the cellar. One of my favorite Todos to date, no doubt. -
2021 McPrice Myers High on the Hog Central Coast Red
