2025 Lucy (Pisoni) Santa Lucia Highlands Rosé of Pinot Noir
Winery Notes- The 2025 Lucy Rosé of Pinot Noir is a bottle alive with vibrance and energy. Cool weather from summer through harvest maintained bright acidity. The wine's character is foreshadowed with the pale salmon color. Aromatics are lively—emitting from the glass are notes of strawberrries, grapefuit, hibiscus, and Monterey Bay sea breeze. The palate builds with rose petal, summer berries, and cataloupe. 2025 was a particularly late year for sugar developement on the vine, which allowed for slow and delicate ripeness. The Lucy Rosé of Pinot Noir was fermented and aged in neutral barrels that bring an attractive texture while maintaining a crisp and dry finish. 2023 Bonny Doon Le Cigare Volant Monterey County Rhône Blend
Winery Notes- The fruit is carefully selected to ensure its full potential of ripeness with balanced chemistry, and as usual for Cigare, Grenache is the star of the show. As we all know, Grenache grown in relatively cool sites in coastal California has a growing season long enough for it to create the spicy, peppery quality that we love so much and expect to taste in Cigare. We included, as is our wont, some wonderful Cinsault, a rather plump and juicy grape, which was signee to a fare-thee0well, to increase the concentration of this lightly colored and structured grape. 2022 Thacher Working Holiday Paso Robles Rhône Blend
The “KR” on our barn is a well-known landmark of old-time Paso Robles. The Kentucky Ranch- our home, winery, vineyard, and gardens were part of a 4,000-acre Spanish Land Grant until 1869, after which it became a thriving horse breeding operation. Our ranch includes the 1920s KR barn, outbuildings, our home, barley fields, and riparian habitat for deer, coyotes, bobcats, turkeys, and the occasional mountain lion. Since 2004, Thacher Winery, with the grasshopper label, has been hand-crafting wines grown in superb Central Coast vineyards. Our small lot production demonstrates local subtleties and terroir. Construction of the tasting room and 4,600 square foot, solar powered winery was completed in 2008, just in time for our fourth harvest of about 33 tons of premium wine grapes. Today total production is approximately 5,000 cases of low-intervention and all native ferments that are created in the vineyard. Our mission is to grow unique, and food-friendly wines that purely express the terroirs of the exceptional vineyards we farm throughout the Central Coast.$24.9019 -

Winery Notes- Our 2022 Kali Hart Pinot Noir is a fruit-forward expression of our coastal influenced vineyards in Santa Lucia Highlands, California. Aromas of ripe black cherry and plum greet the nose with inviting notes of toasted vanilla and warm clove. 2021 Haut-Mayne Sauternes (375ml Half Bottle)
The grapes are picked during 3 or 4 passes through the vineyards, with a further sorting just before pressing. After being completely destemmed, they are placed in a hand-operated basket press, where the juice then runs into cement tanks or barrels. The maceration is relatively long, and all the wine is ultimately aged in barrel, of which 25% is new each year, for around 18 months. The final blend is normally 85% Sémillon and 15% Sauvignon Blanc. The wine has lovely notes of dried apricot and honey, buttressed by lovely underlying acidity. To be enjoyed as a holiday treat (or any time) with a cheese course, foie gras, or desserts like pumpkin pie or crème brûlée.$21.907
