2023 Walter Hansel The Meadows Russian River Valley Chardonnay

Winery Notes- This is a new vineyard designated offering from 100% Hanzell Selection grown in a low land Meadow contiguous to the Santa Rosa Creek. It is dry farmed each year and requires extensive shoot and crop thinning each year due to the extreme fertile conditions. The result is the most fruit forward, with underlining tropical flavors, then any of our chardonnays.

2023 Mayacamas Mount Veeder Chardonnay

Winery Notes- The 2023 Chardonnay is a textural driven experience and a multi-layered wine with aromatics of white and yellow flowers. Tones of Anjou pear, Golden Delicious apple, and candied lemon peel engage the front of the palate. The mid-palate exhibits structure and depth with nuances of chamomile, yuzu citrus, and lemon-grass. The wine's finish is long and leaves the back palate with a saline and flint driven minerality.

2019 Arista Russian River Valley Chardonnay

Winery Notes- The Russian River Valley Chardonnay is a blend of three Russian River Valley Chardonnay vineyards: El Diablo Vineyard on Eastside Road, Banfield Vineyard on Martinelli Road, and Ritchie Vineyard on Eastside Road. This wine is made with modest amount of new oak to allow the fruit to take center stage and has a great richness and silkiness, yet still possessing firm structure. Notes of brioche, yellow peach, panna cotta, and white flowers greet the nose, while flavors of tangy limeade, pear nectar, lemon zest are buoyed by a savory and mouth-watering mix of acid and minerals on the finish.
