The blend is sourced entirely from Grand Cru and Premier Cru vineyards, combining 65% Pinot Noir from the Montagne de Reims with 35% Chardonnay from the Côte des Blancs. Only 3% of the wine was fermented in oak, while the rest was raised in stainless steel, followed by 63 months on the lees before being finished in Extra Brut style with 4.9 g/L dosage.
