2023 Mayacamas Mount Veeder Chardonnay
Winery Notes- The 2023 Chardonnay is a textural driven experience and a multi-layered wine with aromatics of white and yellow flowers. Tones of Anjou pear, Golden Delicious apple, and candied lemon peel engage the front of the palate. The mid-palate exhibits structure and depth with nuances of chamomile, yuzu citrus, and lemon-grass. 2023 Turley Dragon Vineyard Howell Mountain Zinfandel
Winery Notes- Dragon Vineyard is an estate-farmed, certified organic vineyard. Planted at 2250 feet at one of the highest points on Howell Mountain, the vineyard sits well above the fog line and faces east, first to receive the soft morning sun. These important features, along with the rocky, red volcanic soil, make for a unique, full-bodied, powerful Zinfandel. This is often Larry’s favorite since it goes with what he most likes to cook: bold, flavorful, spice-laden meats laid over an open fire. 2018 Epoch Authenticity - Paderewski Vineyard Paso Robles Syrah
Winery Notes- Authenticity is a very authentic blend with primarily Syrah from one very steep limestone hillside at Paderewski and blended with a neighboring block of Mourvèdre to yield a supple, sultry and seamless wine that is classically Paderewski. Sometimes we co-ferment some Syrah with a neighboring Viognier block to add a little spice and freshness to the mix. This wine is deemed “The Bill Wine” because it has many gears – big and bold yet elegant and refined. -
