2023 Patz & Hall Hyde Vineyard Carneros Chardonnay (Was $60)
Winery Notes- This Chardonnay is from blocks planted for Patz & Hall in 1997 and 1999 using the famous “Hyde Wente” selection of Chardonnay. The 2022 Hyde Chardonnay demonstrates why this vineyard has been a three-star, acclaimed Patz & Hall offering for over 30 years. The just ripe pomaceous fruit mingles seamlessly with the vanilla spice from careful new French oak ageing. Evidence of lees contact show by richness of palate and a nuance of toast and flint. This wine has wonderfully fresh acidity that is contrasted by startling deep, rich textures, a seeming contradiction, found in only the greatest Chardonnays.$39.905 -

Winery Notes- A heady nose delivers fruit-forward aromas of blackberry, raspberry and plum with traces of licorice, thyme, vanilla and cherry. 2023 Wayfarer WF2 Fort Ross-Seaview Chardonnay
Winery Notes- Freshly squeezed oranges and lemon zest emerge from the glass along with nectarine, toasted almond and coconut. Intense with lots of volume, the wine is balanced by a zesty backbone. The palate is opulent yet fresh with creamy notes of lemon meringue pie and a hint of sea salt. White peach emerges as the wine lingers on the palate. Winery Notes- This new red wine blend is produced from Suisun Valley, a remarkable AVA that has become the Wagner family’s second home. A 30-minute drive from Napa, Suisun has ideal soils and climate for a variety of grapes. The Walking Fool is named after a long-ago relative who was often seen traveling by foot – thus earning this affectionate moniker. Featuring Zinfandel and Petite Sirah, this wine is smooth and lively, with juicy raspberry, notes of espresso and softly fine tannins.$29.909 -
2023 Caymus California Cabernet Sauvignon
Winery Notes- I feel this wine expresses the greatness of California and its hidden pockets where Cabernet can excel. The cold Pacific Ocean running the entire length of the state presents maritime influences – and with each small distance eastward the climate warms. Stony soils, south facing slopes and moderately warm conditions are the keys to producing dark, rich and good tasting Cabernet. This wine stems from excitement over California’s diverse vineyard land, often in lesser-known areas, that can produce exceptional Cabernet. We search for sites with climatic conditions, soils and topography ideally suited to Cabernet – places from Paso Robles to lesser-known areas in Lake, San Benito and Monterey Counties. 2023 Aperture Soil Specific Alexander Valley Sauvignon Blanc
Winery Notes- The 2023 sauvignon blanc incorporates our estate-grown sémillion and sauvignon musqué, that we planted on the Aperture property in 2019. These two estate blocks were hand-harvested in early September at the same time as the Sauvignon Blanc from Farrow Ranch in Geyserville. The sauvignon blanc from Dry Stack Vineyard in the Bennett Valley AVA was brought to the winery in early October, consistent with this vineyard’s unique late-ripening characteristics.$36.908 -

2024 Cade Napa Valley Sauvignon Blanc
Winery Notes- The 2024 has aromas of pear, yellow apple, honeysuckle, white peach, mango, pineapple, guava, and tropical fruits. On the palate are flavors of lemon, green apple, Bartlett pear, grapefruit, honeydew melon, lemon custard, lemon grass, and passion fruit. The wine finishes with a vibrant acidity and a beautiful creamy texture. The addition of Viognier and the Sauvignon Musqué adds a lot of the honeysuckle and floral notes. 2024 Massican Hyde Vineyard Napa Valley Chardonnay
Winery Notes- We are proud to source the Chardonnay for this wine from Hyde, one of California's most famous and historic Chardonnay vineyards, founded by Larry Hyde in Carneros in 1979. Tucked away in the southern part of Napa Valley, the entire estate is a gorgeous expanse of rolling hills with southeast exposure and saline morning fog. The parcels of Musque clone Chardonnay and old Wente that make up this bottling were planted between 1979 and 1992. This wine was fermented and aged in 100% new French oak, then bottled as this single-vineyard wine.$44.904 -

Winery Notes- We began making our Russian River Valley Sauvignon Blanc in 2001, and we have lovingly reproduced this delicious wine each vintage since. Winemaker Heidi von der Mehden follows specific protocols, including fermentation in French oak barrels and twice-weekly lees stirring, to craft this aromatic, lush bottling. The nose of the 2023 vintage features fragrant tropical aromas of white pineapple, passionfruit, mango and guava, with subtle hints of plumeria, lemon curd and lime zest.
