2022 Benovia Russian River Valley Pinot Noir (Was $55)
Winery Notes- The 2022 vintage provided the raw materials to produce a Russian River Valley Pinot Noir with vibrant fruit and exotic spice aromas and layered texture. Aromas are dominated by red fruit tones of Queen Anne Cherry and Pomegranate, while black fruits dominate on the palate. The vibrant aromas expand and give way to red plum, black cherry, and complex baking spices. On the palate the wine has integrated acidi ty and fine tannins that should allow for mid-term cellaring. As always, the wine was bottled without fining or filtration.$29.909 -

Winery Notes- The style of vintage 2022 once more reveals an aromatic profile of high maturity, comparable to vintage 2019, but with fruit that is even more present. The wines are both ample and rich, with lovely balance of acidity, silky tannins and explosive fruit. The whole range of wines already offers immediate tasting pleasure and the higher appellations will gain from patience over some years in cellar.$84.905
