Our flagship white wine blend is sourced from small vineyards around Napa and Sonoma. The four grape varietals, Tocai Friulano, Ribolla Gialla, Chardonnay, and Pinot Bianco, are harvested separately and fermented independently in French oak and stainless steel tanks until blending six weeks before bottling. The Tocai, Ribolla, and Pinot Bianco build the aroma and flavor profile of the wine, while the Chardonnay adds to the wine’s structure. Winery Notes- Gemina is the name of an ancient Roman grape planted in the region around the Massican hills of southern Italy. This grape variety originates from Greece, dating back to the first century when it was first called Aminea Gemina. Gemina is a unique, white wine blend combining grapes originally from the south of Italy and now planted here in California. 2024 Massican Hyde Vineyard Napa Valley Chardonnay
Winery Notes- We are proud to source the Chardonnay for this wine from Hyde, one of California's most famous and historic Chardonnay vineyards, founded by Larry Hyde in Carneros in 1979. Tucked away in the southern part of Napa Valley, the entire estate is a gorgeous expanse of rolling hills with southeast exposure and saline morning fog. The parcels of Musque clone Chardonnay and old Wente that make up this bottling were planted between 1979 and 1992. This wine was fermented and aged in 100% new French oak, then bottled as this single-vineyard wine.Rating(s)$44.904
