2019 Ink Grade Andosol Napa Valley Proprietary Red (Was $60)
Winery Notes- The Andosol contains floral aromas including lilacs and roses, with ripe black cherries and strawberries and a note of pink peppercorn that lingers on the palate. The volcanic soils offer a distinctive iron and tar aromatic flavor married with the fine tannin and acid tension, expressing a profile akin to a cru Barolo.$29.9012 -
2022 Ink Grade Napa Valley Sauvignon Blanc (Was $75)
Winery Notes- Working with concrete, stainless steel and large oak vessels to marry textures and weights; working with lees to enhance the saline quality; and pressing longer to build structure and expose a minor note of bitterness on the finish. A refreshing and vibrant wine with excellent acidity, our 2022 Sauvignon Blanc is the most exceptional vintage to date. Produced from older vines, this wine expresses notes of star fruit, lemongrass, nectarine, lemon zest, and a natural salinity reminiscent of an ocean mist. The weight and texture of the palate are held together by the bright acidity, leading to a lengthy finish. A double or triple decant elevates all elements of this wine now, or it will open on its own in 2026. We are extremely proud of the poise of this wine and know it will be a pillar for California Sauvignon Blanc for years to come.$29.9011 -
2022 Sojourn Sonoma Coast Chardonnay (Was $40)
Winery Notes- The small clusters of the 2022 vintage allowed us to make Chardonnays with appealing intensity, balance, and nuance. Our Sonoma Coast Chardonnay showcases three of the top vineyards in the region – Sangiacomo, Durell, and Gap’s Crown – with the goal of creating a cuvée that illustrates the varietal’s exceptional character across the region. We picked and fermented each component of this blend separately and aged them all for 11 months in 30% new French oak barrels. The resulting blend offers compelling new world aromas with fresh acidity and focus, reminiscent of the old world.$29.906 -
2021 Heitz Cellar Quartz Creek Oak Knoll District Chardonnay (Was $85)
Winery Notes- In the early 1960s, Joe and Alice Heitz envisioned crafting the most distinguished Chardonnay in Napa Valley. They learned under legends like Fred and Eleanor McCrea from Stony Hill Vineyard up on Spring Mountain. With those ambitious goals in mind, we carry on their legacy through the expression of the Quartz Creek Vineyard Chardonnay. Situated at the foothills of the Mayacamas Mountains and blanketed by the morning fog from the Petaluma Gap, this site continues to produce our most elegant and refined expression of Chardonnay. Always sustainably farmed and vinified in the classic style to evoke the purest characteristics of the land where the grapes are grown.Rating(s)$49.9010 -
2024 Breaking Bread Pet Nat Dry Creek Sparkling Zinfandel
Winery Notes- Mizany Vineyard is a 16-acre vineyard in the famous Cortina Gravel of Dry Creek Valley. We purchased the vineyard in 2011 and named it after my father-in-law. When planting the Zinfandel Vineyard we took a heritage approach and planted a field blend much like the first vineyards planted in the area. Our Zinfandel clone is the DuPratt clone on 1103 Paulsen root stalk. The Zinfandel for our Pet Nat was picked at 20 brix, which translated into 11.9% alcohol and a zippy acidity. Passion fruit and Bing cherry come off the nose of this wine with a distinctive, wet gravel minerality. As you look at the wine in your glass it continues to dance and open up to its more complex flavors and aromatics. The palate on this wine evokes a traditional Champagne in weight and fineness of bubbles; however, the easy-drinking, fruit forward youth of the wine makes it very quaffable.$29.9013 -
2019 The Grenachista Mathis Vineyard Sonoma Valley Grenache Noir (Natural Wine)
Winery Notes- Concentrated presence of fresh strawberries and foraged wild berries, bing cherries, pomegranate, cinnamon, coriander, dried rose petal, exuberant yet disciplined, with a core of red currants, heady black cherry and minerality closing with piercing finesse. Sourced from the Peter Mathis’s vineyard, high above the east side of the Sonoma Valley above the small town of Boyes Hot Springs. This is one of our favorite spots. Small berry clones plus very tight vine spacing gives this vineyard some of the best concentration of Grenache around. We are incredibly honored to receive fruit from this 7 acre gem and this wine won’t disappoint.$28.902 -
1999 d'Arenberg The Ironstone Pressings Grenache-Shiraz-Mourvedre
This wine has a solid texture, with a vigorous edge to the ripe cherry and lush chocolate flavors, which linger nicely on the muscular finish. Grenache, Shiraz and Mourvèdre.Rating(s)
