2023 Domaine Génot-Boulanger 1er cru Mercurey-Sazenay
Winery Notes- Mercurey is one of the most important wine appellations in Burgundy and also the most renowned in the Côte Chalonnaise. Our plot was planted in part in the 2000s and partly in 2015. It covers 1.81 hectares and is located on the top of the hillside with a south-facing exposure. The vine rests on a beautiful slope and thus receives the right amount of water necessary for its growth. In addition, it draws its resources from a soil that is predominantly clay-limestone.Rating(s)$79.906 -

Christopher Wines follows a patient winemaking approach that clearly expresses the unique character of their cool-climate roots. 2023 Patz & Hall Hyde Vineyard Carneros Chardonnay (Was $60)
Winery Notes- This Chardonnay is from blocks planted for Patz & Hall in 1997 and 1999 using the famous “Hyde Wente” selection of Chardonnay. The 2022 Hyde Chardonnay demonstrates why this vineyard has been a three-star, acclaimed Patz & Hall offering for over 30 years. The just ripe pomaceous fruit mingles seamlessly with the vanilla spice from careful new French oak ageing. Evidence of lees contact show by richness of palate and a nuance of toast and flint. This wine has wonderfully fresh acidity that is contrasted by startling deep, rich textures, a seeming contradiction, found in only the greatest Chardonnays.Rating(s)$39.905 -
2023 Tyler Santa Barbara County Pinot Noir
Winery Notes- Our Santa Barbara County Pinot Noir is comprised of fruit from various high quality vineyard sites throughout the region. This bottling is intended to provide great value and represenation, while keeping focus on quality and typicity. We ferment with native yeasts in large, open-top Rousseau oak fermenters. After about five days, fermentation begins and we gently manage extraction with judicious use of both punch-downs and pump-overs. Once dry, we press the wine to tank for a brief settling before racking to french oak barrique. The wine rests in barrel for 8-9 months before racking back to stainless steel tanks prior to bottling. Bottled unfined and unfiltered. The result is a structured, yet approachable, Pinot Noir with bright acidity, red fruits and a natural savoriness.$29.9014 -
Alexandrie Brut Rosé Sparkling Wine

An outgrowth of Sonoma’s long growing season, the lively tasting profile of fresh berries is balanced by mouthwatering hints of cream and spice. 2022 Benovia Russian River Valley Pinot Noir (Was $55)
Winery Notes- The 2022 vintage provided the raw materials to produce a Russian River Valley Pinot Noir with vibrant fruit and exotic spice aromas and layered texture. Aromas are dominated by red fruit tones of Queen Anne Cherry and Pomegranate, while black fruits dominate on the palate. The vibrant aromas expand and give way to red plum, black cherry, and complex baking spices. On the palate the wine has integrated acidi ty and fine tannins that should allow for mid-term cellaring. As always, the wine was bottled without fining or filtration.$29.909 -

Winery Notes- Remarkably fresh and nuanced are the hallmarks of our 2023 Chardonnay Napa Valley. Aromas of white flower blossom, shortbread, and stone fruit are threaded with mineral and spice. 2023 Evening Land Seven Springs Vineyard Eola-Amity Hills Pinot Noir
Winery Notes- Seven Springs Pinot Noir comes primarily from our oldest own-rooted block of Pinot Noir at the vineyard. Originally planted in 1982, these Pommard clones thrive in iron-rich, volcanic Jory soils. The 40-year-old dry-farmed vines are harvested by hand, the grapes are hand sorted, and nearly all of the fruit is destemmed. Drinkability and structure have come to define this estate cuvée, and the 2022 bottling is no different. It shows the many colors of young Pinot Noir - juicy blue and red berries, blood orange and pink peppercorn - with an herbal, thyme-like kick. Packed with energy, fine tannins and spice hang on.$34.909 -
2023 Penfolds Bin 28 Shiraz South Australia
Winery Notes- Blue fruits instantly emerge, specifically elderberries, blueberries, and bilberries. Poached plums merge with the exotic spiciness of cassia bark, imparting rich flavours. A hint of meat adds depth and character to the profile. The mouthfeel is sculpted by chocolate powder tannins, which are luxurious and precise, lending a structure that is both assertive and velvety. Also present is the umami complexity of tomato consommé, enriched with piquant olive tapenade. The palate is further textured by a ferrous minerality. The bouquet unfolds with an array of decadent aromatics, reminiscent of a French pâtisserie. A blend of baking spices emerges first, with cinnamon sugar, sweet custard, and the warmth of Chelsea tea cakes. Next, a berry pudding note emerges, with a compote of red and black fruits. Skillet-roasted meat and herb-infused pan scrapings are present. An indulgent sweet note of blueberry pie rounds out a complex, inviting aroma profile that is unmistakably Penfolds.$27.9011
