2022 Ink Grade Napa Valley Sauvignon Blanc (Was $75)
Winery Notes- Working with concrete, stainless steel and large oak vessels to marry textures and weights; working with lees to enhance the saline quality; and pressing longer to build structure and expose a minor note of bitterness on the finish. A refreshing and vibrant wine with excellent acidity, our 2022 Sauvignon Blanc is the most exceptional vintage to date. Produced from older vines, this wine expresses notes of star fruit, lemongrass, nectarine, lemon zest, and a natural salinity reminiscent of an ocean mist. The weight and texture of the palate are held together by the bright acidity, leading to a lengthy finish. A double or triple decant elevates all elements of this wine now, or it will open on its own in 2026. 2023 Rombauer Napa-Sonoma Counties Sauvignon Blanc
Winery Notes- Lifted and concentrated aromas of passion fruit, green melon, and hints of fresh-cut grass all dance on the nose. The palate is linear and intense, with similar flavors that are joined by notes of kiwi and Key lime. Each sip is framed with mouthwatering acidity and a burst of grapefruit that lifts the long finish. -
2022 Quivira Fig Tree Vineyard Dry Creek Valley Sauvignon Blanc
Winery Notes- The wine is a beautiful pale-yellow color that is star bright with a tinge of green. The nose has classic Sauvignon Blanc notes of grapefruit, underripe pear and lemon. Add to these aromas of hibiscus flower and just a whisp of almond macaroon and toasted coconut. The palate has eyebrow raising acidity up front which rounds out seamlessly through the middle. Flavors of lemon bar, clementine and kumquat are wrapped in river rock minerality with freshness akin to a tropical rainstorm. A beautiful expression of our cool microclimate in Dry Creek Valley. -

2021 K Vintners MCK (Motor City Kitty) Boushey Vineyard Yakima Valley Syrah (Was $40)
Winery Notes- 2021 was one of the warmest vintages to date in Washington. Bud break started early due to nice weather and moderate temperatures, then June was one of the warmest in recorded history, resulting in very small berries. Veraison and the beginning of the ripening season were nice and even, leading to excellent fruit with incredible concentration. Overall, 2021 is a distinct and lovely vintage, producing fantastic wines to enjoy now and into the future. Intriguing, tantalizing and desirable. Expectations turn into surprises of white pepper, black plum, potpourri and fresh pine needles. Melds and twists of complexity - fresh sage, grilled herbs, orange zest and nori notes. Winery Notes- Harvested from the Les Collines Vineyards, our Syrah is a memento of the terroir of Walla Walla. Aromas of boysenberry, Bing cherry, El Dorado spiced plum, and wild blackberry bramble are accented by scents of fresh earth, leather, star anise, and baking spice.
