2023 Tyler Santa Barbara County Pinot Noir
Winery Notes- Our Santa Barbara County Pinot Noir is comprised of fruit from various high quality vineyard sites throughout the region. This bottling is intended to provide great value and represenation, while keeping focus on quality and typicity. We ferment with native yeasts in large, open-top Rousseau oak fermenters. After about five days, fermentation begins and we gently manage extraction with judicious use of both punch-downs and pump-overs. Once dry, we press the wine to tank for a brief settling before racking to french oak barrique. The wine rests in barrel for 8-9 months before racking back to stainless steel tanks prior to bottling. Bottled unfined and unfiltered. The result is a structured, yet approachable, Pinot Noir with bright acidity, red fruits and a natural savoriness.$29.9014 -
2022 Benovia Russian River Valley Pinot Noir (Was $55)
Winery Notes- The 2022 vintage provided the raw materials to produce a Russian River Valley Pinot Noir with vibrant fruit and exotic spice aromas and layered texture. Aromas are dominated by red fruit tones of Queen Anne Cherry and Pomegranate, while black fruits dominate on the palate. The vibrant aromas expand and give way to red plum, black cherry, and complex baking spices. On the palate the wine has integrated acidi ty and fine tannins that should allow for mid-term cellaring. As always, the wine was bottled without fining or filtration.$29.909 -
2023 La Storia (Trentadue) Alexander Valley Petite Sirah
Winery Notes- Our La Storia Petite Sirah is as usually impressive and imposing with very dark, opaque color, beautiful nose of concentrated blue berries and blackberries that leads to a full body mouth feel with engagingly soft (for Petite Sirah) tannins. After short aeration, the nose opens with the addition of cocoa, violets, slight earthiness, and graphite followed by brown sugar and a touch of vanilla-contribution of the new oak barrels. Overall, the aromas are of fresh dark fruit and very attractive. Longevity, if stored properly, is one of the virtues of this variety and it will give you the most enjoyment in 5-8 years.$29.9010 -
2024 Belle Glos Dairyman Russian River Valley Pinot Noir (Was $50)
Winery Notes- Deep garnet red with aromas of black currant, cherry pie filling, cedar, and milk chocolate. A rich and opulent wine offering flavors of dark fruit such as ripe plum, sweet black cherry, and boysenberry with hints of sage and thyme. This wine is bold and well-balanced with supple, refined tannins, and a long satisfying finish.$29.9024+ -

2024 Our Lady of Guadalupe Acolytes Santa Barbara County Pinot Noir
Winery Notes- The 2024 Acolytes Pinot Noir pours a dark crimson core with a vivid ruby rim that opens with aromatic notes of black cherry, raspberry bramble, wild strawberry, bay leaf and potting soil. Energetic from entry, the palate is rife with red and blue fruits framed by an elegant structure of soft tannin. Winery Notes- M5 is Margerum's Flagship wine. It is modeled after top wines from southern Rhône – Châteauneuf-du-Pape . The M is for Margerum and the 5 is for 5 grapes: Grenache, Syrah, Mourvèdre, Cinsault, and Counoise. M5 is a Grenache-based blend and has elegance and layers making it a versatile table and food wine. The overlying presence of Grenache flavors initially impacts the palate, followed by a finish complete with hints of jam, cocoa, and dark berry contributions of Syrah and earthy Mourvèdre. Wisps of lemon zest and Tahitian vanilla conjure hints of meringue clouds dotted with lemon curd. The mouthfeel is silky with touches of salinity.
