2019 Inglenook Rutherford Cabernet Sauvignon

Winery Notes- Stunningly deep ruby in color, the 2019 Cabernet Sauvignon opens with heady aromas of brambly black cherry, vanilla, warm brioche, and crème de cassis. As the wine warms on the palate, notes of red cherry, graphite and fennel emerge, as very polished, refined tannins carry the wine into a long, fragrant finish. Layered flavors, good tension, and a perfect integration of wine and oak interact to create this classic expression of Inglenook Cabernet Sauvignon.

Winery Notes- The 2014 vintage opens with an aromatic wave of deep, intense fruit and spices such as black plum, blackberry pie filling, cassis, and anise, along with nutmeg, dark toast, and dried rose petals. The energy in the nose is just as dramatic in the mouth with open, beautiful ripeness, mocha, briar fruit, pomegranate, baking spice, and ripe tannins that collectors will recognize as offering the promise of sensational things to come in the cellar.

2019 John Anthony Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon (Was $110)

Winery notes- This balanced, energetic cabernet sauvignon presents aromas of currant, raspberry, cherry, plum and blue fruits with notes of cigar box, leather and vanilla. On the palate, dark red fruits gain complexity with suggestions of huckleberry, brambleberry, fresh herbs and baking spices. A compact texture finishes long with silky tannins and fine acidity. From our favorite vineyards, an exemplary rendition of Napa Valley cabernet sauvignon.

2019 Bohème English Hill Vineyard Sonoma Coast Pinot Noir (Was $60)

Winery Notes- English Hill Vineyard grows at the southwest edge of Sebastopol Hills, surrounded by expansive pasture and rangeland. Overlooking Russian River Valley and the Marin Coast, weather swings wildly between continental and maritime influences. 2019 Pinot Noir: Five clones of Pinot Noir are planted at this site that bridges Sonoma Coast and Russian River Valley growing regions. The grapes were harvested between September 14th to 25th with an average yield of 2.42 tons per acre. English Hill Pinot Noir received tailored cold-soak and hand punch-down treatment with 25% Whole Cluster fermentation. The wine aged 22 months in 20% new French Burgundy barrels before bottling.

2019 Dunn Howell Mountain Cabernet Sauvignon (1.5LTR)

#6 Wine Spectator's Top 100 Wines of 2023 Winery Notes- The mountain really determined the style of the wine. It became obvious right away that the grapes up here were much more powerful than down on the valley floor. I just made the wine itself the same way we did at Caymus, it just was a more tannic wine due to the place. Our signature wine contains only fruit farmed by us here in our vineyards on Howell Mountain.
