A Rosé of mostly syrah that is whole-cluster-pressed and fermented like a white wine, it shows a beautiful salmon color in the glass with bright red fruit, crisp apple, and subtle herbal notes.

On the nose, crushed rocks, daffodil and citrus flower with mango, grapefruit, apricot and vanilla. On the palate, fresh entrance evolving on a beautiful minerality with granite rock, lingering on a sweet finish of Meyer lemon tart and forever lasting acidity.

2023 Giornata Orangotango San Luis Obispo White Blend (Orange Wine) (Was $25)

Winery Notes- Orangotango is a wine that defies expectation. Technically an "orange" wine, it is a blend of several white varieties that were fermented on their skins. Unlike most orange wines, this lot was filtered prior to bottling, giving the consumer something that is decidedly more approachable than most in the genre tend to be.
