2021 Roederer Estate Clark Road Vineyard Anderson Valley Brut Sparkling Wine
Winery Notes- Clark Road Vineyard is a handmade bottling. This vineyard is on the cool west side of Anderson Valley, where Pinot Noir thrives. We are intimately familiar with this site, which we have been farming since 1999. During those years, we have learned that we can leave the fruit on the vine longer than other sites, and as we allow it to ripen, it develops the juicy acidity so essential to top-quality sparkling wine. Clark Road was partially fermented in casks (7%) and with a small amount of reserve wine aged in casks (4.8%) to give the Roederer Estate family touch. It was disgorged in December 2024 after 30 months on the yeast.$44.9018 -

Winery Notes- A quintessential Anderson Valley Pinot Noir, this wine is crafted to celebrate the region’s defined character, boasting aromas of penny royal, ripe cherry and subtle hints of chanterelle mushrooms. On the palate, it offers a beautifully balanced experience with smooth tannins and refreshing acidity alongside flavors of blackberry, leather and breakfast tea. 2021 Folktale The Lion For Real Skin Fermented Monterey County White Wine (Orange Wine)
Winery Notes- At it’s core, this is a skin fermented white wine thatis a blend of every vintage since 2017. We’re making this in a Solera-style, where each year we blend in a fresh, young vintage giving the wine vibrancy and an aromatic boost. But, on the flipside, having a significant aged portion allows for the wine to express itself in a more mature way, blending itself beautifully into many food pairings you might throw at it. It’s more diverse than you think, and being un-fined and un-filtered means that you’re tasting the wine in it’s natural setting- just as Mother Nature (and we) intended. Components from the 2021 portion consisted predominantly of Chardonnay from Massa Estatein Carmel Valley – an organically farmed vineyard in the Santa Lucia Mountains. The grapes were destemmed and natively fermented in small open top tanks. Pressing in our basket press took place once the fermentations wrapped up and and the wine was racked to neutral French oak to age. Blending of the 2021 portion and the solera took place just before bottling in June 2022.$24.903 -
