2023 Aperture Soil Specific Alexander Valley Sauvignon Blanc
Winery Notes- The 2023 sauvignon blanc incorporates our estate-grown sémillion and sauvignon musqué, that we planted on the Aperture property in 2019. These two estate blocks were hand-harvested in early September at the same time as the Sauvignon Blanc from Farrow Ranch in Geyserville. The sauvignon blanc from Dry Stack Vineyard in the Bennett Valley AVA was brought to the winery in early October, consistent with this vineyard’s unique late-ripening characteristics.$36.908 -
2024 Peter Michael L'Apres-Midi Knights Valley Sauvignon Blanc
Winery Notes- The lovely light yellow 2024 ‘L’Apres-Midi’ showcases an inviting blend of guava, white nectarine, fresh peach and lemon zest, framed with hints of white roses, jasmine and mango. A creamy entry and soft mouthfeel are balanced with juicy acidity and a generous body with impressive length and a clean finish. 2024 Cade Napa Valley Sauvignon Blanc
Winery Notes- The 2024 has aromas of pear, yellow apple, honeysuckle, white peach, mango, pineapple, guava, and tropical fruits. On the palate are flavors of lemon, green apple, Bartlett pear, grapefruit, honeydew melon, lemon custard, lemon grass, and passion fruit. The wine finishes with a vibrant acidity and a beautiful creamy texture. The addition of Viognier and the Sauvignon Musqué adds a lot of the honeysuckle and floral notes. The concrete eggs and the barrel ferments add a creamy texture to the wine, giving it more complexity and length while maintaining a great freshness and vibrancy.$34.9024+ -

The texture is creamy and complex, with grapefruit, jasmine and Bartlett pear notes. There is a distinct minerability character, bolstered by citrus zest, sweet peas, mango and yellow elements.
