2022 Leviathan California Red Blend (1.5 LTR) (Was $80)
Winery Notes- “Leviathan” conjures something immense and powerful, much like the stories that the name originates from. The word was actually the progenitor of the wine. “When I heard it, I thought it was so much fun and I should make a wine called Leviathan,” Andy has said. It became the perfect symbol embodying the vision to create a single, expansive wine fed by multiple unique sites – our California vineyard exploration. It also served as the inspiration for the label, designed by Michael McDermott in collaboration with Andy. A Leviathan is something unusually huge, and Michael wanted the label to reflect that. 2023 Domaine Vincent & Sophie Morey Puligny-Montrachet 1er Cru La Truffière
More restrained on the nose than the Chassagne before it, but in no way a lighter wine. grilled almond fruit, very type Puligny – brioche bread coated with sugar. Very pungent and long-lasting on the palate, with butterscotch, caramel and some white pepper on the finish, along with some peaches. High toned acids throughout, with some rose water and menthol. 2023 Patz & Hall Hyde Vineyard Carneros Chardonnay (Was $60)
Winery Notes- This Chardonnay is from blocks planted for Patz & Hall in 1997 and 1999 using the famous “Hyde Wente” selection of Chardonnay. The 2022 Hyde Chardonnay demonstrates why this vineyard has been a three-star, acclaimed Patz & Hall offering for over 30 years. The just ripe pomaceous fruit mingles seamlessly with the vanilla spice from careful new French oak ageing. Evidence of lees contact show by richness of palate and a nuance of toast and flint. This wine has wonderfully fresh acidity that is contrasted by startling deep, rich textures, a seeming contradiction, found in only the greatest Chardonnays.$39.905 -

Winery Notes- Our 2022 Tapestry Reserve presents a bold and expressive Bordeaux-style red blend, marked by its deep, intense character and elevated structure. Layers of dark fruit—blackberry, plum, and cassis—form the core of the palate, framed by heady aromatics and a generous use of new oak that imparts subtle notes of warm baking spices, toast, and a touch of nuttiness. The inclusion of more Malbec and Petit Verdot in this vintage adds both color intensity and a structural backbone, enhancing the wine’s age-worthiness while lending a more serious, focused profile. There's a distinct lift of acidity that keeps the wine vibrant and food-friendly, balancing the rich fruit and powerful tannins. Winery Notes- On the palate, this wine presents fennel/anise and black liquorice flavours that pave the way for fine yet powerful mouthcoating tannins. The weighty structure carries savoury nuances (artisanal charcuterie paired with tangy barberries) adding layers of complexity. Cherry nuances – both cherry pip tartness and white cherry subtle sweetness – play off each other elegantly. 2024 Massican Hyde Vineyard Napa Valley Chardonnay
Winery Notes- We are proud to source the Chardonnay for this wine from Hyde, one of California's most famous and historic Chardonnay vineyards, founded by Larry Hyde in Carneros in 1979. Tucked away in the southern part of Napa Valley, the entire estate is a gorgeous expanse of rolling hills with southeast exposure and saline morning fog. The parcels of Musque clone Chardonnay and old Wente that make up this bottling were planted between 1979 and 1992. This wine was fermented and aged in 100% new French oak, then bottled as this single-vineyard wine.$44.904 -
2018 Hestan Meyer Vineyard Napa Cabernet Sauvignon (Was $85)
Winery Notes- In the glass the wine displays a nearly opaque purple-ruby hue. On the nose, there are aromas of black currant, blackberry cassis anise, sweet and sour plum with a hint of black and red licorice. The palate opens with ripe plum, graham and brown sugar with blackberries and white pepper notes. The wine is balanced with soft tannins and a med long finish. Age for 7-12 years.$54.902 -

The natural acidity of the region is rounded by labor-intensive barrel fermentation and aging. 1999 Fisher Wedding Vineyard Sonoma County Cabernet Sauvignon
Displaying all the mountain characteristics of Wedding Vineyard with dark blackberry fruit, forest floor, cedar and anise. Strong front of the palate with densely layered ripe tannins that lengthen the wine to a sweet mid-palate full of black fruits and finishes with velvet caramel.
