2021 Niner Estates Paso Robles Cabernet Sauvignon
Winery Notes- 2021 was a benchmark vintage for Cabernet in Paso Robles. The long, cool growing season was ideal for our Bordeaux grapes and allowed them to slowly ripen, creating complex flavors and wines built to age. The 2021 Cabernet Sauvignon was aged 21 months in French Oak barrels and is one that you’ll want for your collection. 2023 Merry Edwards Russian River Valley Sauvignon Blanc
Winery Notes- We began making our Russian River Valley Sauvignon Blanc in 2001, and we have lovingly reproduced this delicious wine each vintage since. Winemaker Heidi von der Mehden follows specific protocols, including fermentation in French oak barrels and twice-weekly lees stirring, to craft this aromatic, lush bottling. The nose of the 2023 vintage features fragrant tropical aromas of white pineapple, passionfruit, mango and guava, with subtle hints of plumeria, lemon curd and lime zest. The palate is clean and bright, with accents of ruby red grapefruit, honeysuckle and ripe melon followed by a burst of crisp, refreshing acidity.$44.904 -

2021 K Vintners MCK (Motor City Kitty) Boushey Vineyard Yakima Valley Syrah (Was $40)
Winery Notes- 2021 was one of the warmest vintages to date in Washington. Bud break started early due to nice weather and moderate temperatures, then June was one of the warmest in recorded history, resulting in very small berries. Veraison and the beginning of the ripening season were nice and even, leading to excellent fruit with incredible concentration. Overall, 2021 is a distinct and lovely vintage, producing fantastic wines to enjoy now and into the future. Intriguing, tantalizing and desirable. Expectations turn into surprises of white pepper, black plum, potpourri and fresh pine needles. Melds and twists of complexity - fresh sage, grilled herbs, orange zest and nori notes. 2019 Ramey North Coast Claret

2020 Domaine Roger Perrin Châteauneuf-du-Pape
This wine is a sophisticated blend of 76% Grenache, 12% Syrah, 7% Mourvèdre, 3% Cinsault, 2% Clairette, 2% Counoise, and 2% Vaccarese. The grapes are harvested by hand and partially (30-40%) destemmed depending upon the ripeness of the vintage. Vinification takes place in cement tanks over a period of 18-to-23 days. Certain lots of grapes are harvested separately, but generally two or three grapes are vinified together. 30-40% of the wine is raised in foudre, 40-50% in enamel-lined tanks, and 15-20% in new oak. 2020 San Guido Le Difese Toscana
Winery Notes- Fermentation takes place in stainless steel vats at controlled temperature and maceration lasts for about 12 days for both the Cabernet Sauvignon to the Sangiovese. It is then aged for 12 months in French and American oak barrels and for a further three months in the bottle. The wine is distinguished by a good structure and is extremely supple making it very pleasant and drinkable. -

1999 Fisher Wedding Vineyard Sonoma County Cabernet Sauvignon
Displaying all the mountain characteristics of Wedding Vineyard with dark blackberry fruit, forest floor, cedar and anise. Strong front of the palate with densely layered ripe tannins that lengthen the wine to a sweet mid-palate full of black fruits and finishes with velvet caramel.
