Winery Notes- The 2024 Freestone-Occidental wine shares the same winemaking techniques as our vineyard designated pinot noirs. Crystalline, bright, mouthwatering, and a bit salty with a saline mineral finish, the 2024 Freestone-Occidental evokes juicy red berries and a near perfect balance of finesse and energy – of bright, primary red fruits and saline elements. It conveys outstanding precision and lift in the mouth and finishes vibrant and long with beautifully sculpted tannins. Its modest alcohol (13%) makes this wine a perfect complement to any meal. 2018 Immortal Slope Sonoma County Cabernet Sauvignon
Winery Notes- Our 2018 Slope is rich with dark brambly fruit framed by sweet spices, coffee, and chocolate, all carried on a supple yet dense palate. As the wine opens, it reveals layers of flavor: blackberry, blueberry, lavender, and spice cake, completed by black plum, sweet tobacco, black tea, Muscovado sugar, and espresso. While the mountainside tannins provide a dense framework to carry the wine, they are well-ripened, supple, and relax into velvet with decanting. 2018 Epoch Authenticity - Paderewski Vineyard Paso Robles Syrah
Winery Notes- Authenticity is a very authentic blend with primarily Syrah from one very steep limestone hillside at Paderewski and blended with a neighboring block of Mourvèdre to yield a supple, sultry and seamless wine that is classically Paderewski. Sometimes we co-ferment some Syrah with a neighboring Viognier block to add a little spice and freshness to the mix. This wine is deemed “The Bill Wine” because it has many gears – big and bold yet elegant and refined. -
